Simon Guobadia EXPOSES Porsha Williams’ Multi-Million Dollar Income, Claims She Lied and Broke Prenup Rules!
Porsha Williams’ messy divorce from Simon Guobadia just got even nastier — and this time, he’s dragging her bank account into it.
In new appeal filings, Simon, 61, claims his ex is making serious money and used that to argue their prenup should be tossed. According to him, Porsha pulled in “approximately $8,000,000 to $9,000,000” in 2024 thanks to a talent deal with NBCUniversal. He insisted the prenup was written under the assumption that Porsha “was not earning the income that she was earning when she was employed with RHOA and Dish Nation prior to marrying him,” and argued she never disclosed her plans to return to Housewives.
Simon didn’t stop there. He accused Porsha of breaking confidentiality rules in the prenup by speaking about him and his finances on RHOA and in press interviews.
“The terms of the Prenuptial Agreement evidence Husband’s intent to compensate his Wife… for not earning income,” his filing argued.
But the judge wasn’t having it when they finalized the divorce earlier this summer. On June 10, the court ruled the prenup is valid and flatly rejected Simon’s claims. “The Court finds that [Williams] has been a reality TV celebrity for years, which was well known to Husband at the time of negotiating the Prenuptial Agreement, and [Guobadia] nevertheless married Wife with this knowledge,” the order read.
The prenup win left Porsha in a cushy spot. Not only does she get to stay in their $7.3 million Georgia mansion (where she currently lives), but Simon has to cough up $40,000 a month in spousal support for 14 months.
She’ll also get half the equity in the home, three years to refinance or sell, her 2021 Rolls Royce, other cars in her name, and $224,000 in legal fees paid by Simon. Meanwhile, Simon tried to argue in court that his company, Simcol, plummeted from being worth $296 million to “nothing” after his ICE detention.
The judge shot that down too, calling his testimony “inconsistent” and noting it “strains credibility” to suggest almost $300 million could vanish in months.
Porsha, 44, filed for divorce in February 2024 after just 15 months of marriage. And while Simon continues to appeal, Porsha looks to be sitting pretty — with her peach, her house, and her multimillion-dollar checks still rolling in.
