Jax Taylor EXPOSED … Accused of Sending Inappropriate Texts to His Bar Staff and Sleeping With ‘Multiple’ Employees!
Jax Taylor is once again at the center of a scandal.
Multiple women who worked at his former Los Angeles bar, Jax’s Studio City, claim the 46-year-old reality star “love bombed, had sex with, [and] then discarded” them like trash before walking away from the business in July.
One ex-staffer told The U.S. Sun that Jax used his “power” and “charm” to manipulate his female employees. “I thought I was the only one he slept with [from work], but after everything ended, I found out he told the same things and used the same tricks on a few of us,” she confessed.
“He used his power there and his charm to manipulate his own staffers. Make us think we were the first employee he had ever been with so that we had to keep it a secret.”
She went on to say that Jax’s behavior in the workplace was not only manipulative but wildly inappropriate: “Sometimes at the bar, he would make sexual comments or inappropriate innuendos… I know it made me feel uncomfortable because I wouldn’t know how to respond, given he’s still my boss. We all felt like we had to go along with it.”
The women also allege that Jax refused to wear protection, instead offering to buy them Plan B. Another accuser said she first connected with Jax on Instagram, but the situation quickly spiraled into something disturbing. “He was extremely sexual right from the first few minutes of conversation. He made plans instantly, talked about our future, and told his friends he was in love with me,” she revealed. “We would text all day long, and he was immediately so vulnerable and open. But later, I found out he told all of us the exact same lines.”
This woman also described some of his X-rated messages as “shocking,” claiming Jax even told her he wanted to “put his DNA inside” her.
“He tells every woman he’s with that she’s the only one he’s sleeping with, but it’s always a lie. He has a system he’s perfected like clockwork over the years to distract from the fact that he’s a liar.”
While love bombing the women with gifts and promises of a future, staffers say Jax’s mood would suddenly flip. “Out of nowhere, he’d accuse me of things that weren’t true. He’d be fine, then get so angry at me out of nowhere, and everything was always my fault,” one woman said.
He also allegedly hid behind his divorce from Brittany Cartwright, claiming he couldn’t be seen in public with any of them until the split was finalized. “He is hiding behind his divorce to keep all of us women silent and under the radar. It’s manipulative and a terrible way to treat people,” another staffer shared.
Worse yet, Jax reportedly bashed Brittany behind closed doors:
“He spoke a lot about his ex-wife and how she was destroying his life… He would make disgusting comments about her body and her looks,” one accuser alleged. In the end, multiple women say Jax left them feeling “angry,” “humiliated,” and “really heartbroken.”
And while Jax publicly denied sleeping with his staff during The Valley season two — when co-star Danny Booko accused him of it on camera — these women insist the truth is far darker than what fans saw on Bravo.
