Rachel Zoe is officially ending her marriage to longtime partner Rodger Berman.
The 53-year-old fashion stylist filed for divorce in Los Angeles on July 21, nearly a year after publicly announcing her separation from Rodger, her husband of 26 years. The filing comes just weeks after it was revealed that Rachel would be joining The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills for Season 15.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Rachel cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split and listed June 27, 2024, as the official date of separation — months before she issued a public statement confirming the breakup.
In the filing, Rachel requested joint physical and legal custody of her and Rodger’s two sons—Skyler, 14, and Kaius, 10. She also asked the court to restore her former name, Rachel Zoe Rosenzweig. According to Page Six, who first reported details of the custody request, Rachel declined any form of spousal support and also asked that Rodger’s ability to request financial support from her be terminated.
The former couple shared the spotlight for years on Bravo’s The Rachel Zoe Project (2008–2013) and Fashionably Late with Rachel Zoe in 2015, where fans got a glimpse into their high-fashion lifestyle and business partnership.
Rachel first confirmed the end of their relationship in a statement posted to Instagram, reflecting on their decades-long journey together. “After 33 years together and 26 years married, Rodger and I have come to the mutual decision to end our marriage,” Rachel Zoe shared.
“We are incredibly proud of the loving family we have created and our countless memories together. Our number one priority has been and will always be our children.”
