Travis Mullen’s Ex Meghan Accuses Gina Kirschenheiter of Body-Shaming Their Son in Explosive Court Filing

Gina Kirschenheiter has been pulled into the middle of a bitter custody dispute between her boyfriend, Travis Mullen, and his ex-wife, Meghan Mullen — and the accusations are serious.

According to court documents obtained by In Touch Weekly, Travis filed a motion seeking full legal and physical custody of the three children he shares with Meghan — Presley, Bennett, and Joseph — citing concerns over Meghan’s alleged drug use and parenting. In his filing, Travis claimed Meghan failed to comply with court-ordered drug testing on two occasions and accused her of passing out in the carpool line at their kids’ school.

“I have been notified on three different occasions by various individuals that [Meghan] has passed out in the car pick up line,” Travis wrote. “Despite this, [Meghan] refuses to submit to a test.”

Travis also alleged that Meghan has repeatedly interfered with his custodial rights, citing 11 reports filed with law enforcement between 2020 and 2023. “I believe [Meghan’s] behavior has been damaging to our children and is not in their best interest,” he stated. “For over a year, I have tried to reason with [her], but nothing has improved.”

However, Meghan has pushed back hard in her response — and brought Gina into the spotlight.

In her court filing, Meghan accused Gina of contributing to a toxic environment for the children, claiming they were afraid of both Travis and his Real Housewives of Orange County star girlfriend.

“[One of our sons] has described being mocked for his weight and his name by Gina,” Meghan alleged. “All three children have told me Gina speaks negatively about me and creates tension in the household.”

Meghan denied Travis’ claims about drug use and said she has followed their agreement to submit to testing. She also accused Travis of using the court system for “coercive control” and retaliation.

“His filings appear intended to punish and control me, not to protect the children,” she wrote. “I am asking for protection, fairness, and balance — so that our children can live in a safe, consistent environment free from fear, coercion and public shaming.”

An insider close to Gina fired back at Meghan’s claims, telling In Touch Weekly that the accusations are “total BS” and adding, “Gina would never mock the kids.”

Although the judge denied Travis’ emergency custody request, a full hearing on the matter is scheduled for July 10.
