Kenya Moore’s Ex Marc Daly EVICTED… Owes Nearly Half A Million In Back Rent!
Kenya Moore’s ex-husband, Marc Daly is dealing with a string of financial and legal troubles, including an eviction from his Brooklyn apartment and lawsuits over alleged unpaid rent tied to his businesses.
Legal Troubles Mount for Marc Daly
Marc, once introduced on The Real Housewives of Atlanta as a successful New York-based restaurateur, is now at the center of multiple lawsuits stemming from rental disputes.
According to court documents obtained by In Touch, Marc is facing eviction from his Brooklyn residence, in addition to being sued for back rent on two commercial properties.
The legal issues began in July 2024, when Marc’s landlord filed a lawsuit over alleged non-payment of rent on two retail spaces leased under two separate LLCs. Marc reportedly signed one lease in 2017 and another in 2019. The lawsuit claims that payments eventually stopped, and the debt quickly escalated.
“Accordingly, at present, Defendants owe hundreds of thousands of dollars in unpaid rents and default obligations which continue to accrue,” the lawsuit states.
Residential Rent Dispute Ends with Eviction
Marc Daly’s legal woes didn’t stop with his business properties. On October 25, 2024, the landlord of his apartment building also filed a lawsuit, claiming Marc failed to pay rent for the months of August and September 2024. The missed payments totaled $9,341, according to court filings.
That case has since been resolved. A “judgment of possession” was entered on February 19, 2025, officially ordering Marc to vacate the apartment.
Upcoming Court Hearing in Business Lawsuit
While the apartment lawsuit has been settled, Marc is still scheduled to appear in court in June 2025 regarding the unpaid rent tied to his retail leases. He is reportedly seeking to resolve the matter, though the lawsuit indicates the financial obligations continue to mount.
Marc Daly and Kenya Moore Finalized Divorce in 2023
Marc’s legal challenges come not long after he finalized his divorce from Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kenya Moore.
The couple, who married in 2017, announced their separation in 2019 and went through a prolonged divorce process that lasted nearly four years. They officially settled their divorce in 2023.
As part of the settlement, Marc agreed to pay Moore $2,000 per month in child support for their daughter, Brooklyn.
Daly’s RHOA History and Public Persona
Marc Daly made several appearances on The Real Housewives of Atlanta during his marriage to Moore. He was initially introduced to viewers as a charismatic and successful entrepreneur based in New York City.
However, his on-screen appearances were often marked by tension with Moore, and their relationship became a central storyline during multiple seasons of the Bravo hit series.
Their divorce and co-parenting journey have continued to be mentioned on the show, even after Marc stopped appearing regularly.
What’s Next for Marc Daly?
With multiple lawsuits pending and an eviction already ordered, Marc’s future remains uncertain. The court hearing over his commercial property leases in June 2025 could determine whether additional financial judgments will be issued against him.
For now, Marc is reportedly focused on resolving the legal disputes and managing his financial obligations as he works to move forward post-divorce.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta airs Sundays at 8/7c on Bravo.
