Shamea Morton Says Drew Sidora Crossed the Line by Getting Too Close to Porsha’s Ex Dennis McKinley!
Shamea Morton believes Drew Sidora went too far by teaming up with Porsha Williams’ ex, Dennis McKinley, for a music project, saying there are boundaries you just shouldn’t cross.
Before the season aired, Drew and Dennis shocked fans by announcing their music collaboration on Instagram, leaving many questioning why Porsha’s ex—and a man best known for hot dogs—was suddenly stepping into the music business. Rumors were swirling around The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Drew Sidora, suggesting a possible romantic involvement.
Drew has addressed these rumors in the RHOA premiere, emphasizing that her relationship with Dennis is strictly professional.
She credits him as a significant support system during her challenging times, stating, “Literally, there were days I couldn’t get out of bed, crying. But because I knew I had a session, I would get there. He was my saving grace when I was going through all I was going through.”
Despite Drew’s clarifications, Porsha has expressed discomfort with the situation. She confronted Drew, accusing her of attempting to film scenes with Dennis without her consent, labeling the move as “lowdown” and “dirty.”
Porsha further elaborated on her feelings, stating, “You have been trying to go behind my back and do something very dirty by asking Dennis to film with you.”
“Dennis has reached out to do music with me and TV and film projects, and I politely declined,” Shamea told Us Weekly. “I’m not saying that he’s not talented and he’s not able. I’d rather not muddy the water.”
For Shamea, the issue isn’t just about business—it’s about respect. “You’re Pilar’s dad. You are Porsha’s ex-fiancé, and there are boundaries that you just shouldn’t cross,” she added.
Drew, however, is standing by her decision, claiming she tried working with other producers, but none could help launch her music career like Dennis.
Whether the collaboration pays off remains to be seen, but one thing is certain—this drama isn’t cooling down anytime soon.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta airs Sundays at 8/7c on Bravo.
