Brandi Glanville is sounding the alarm on a shocking health crisis, claiming that a “jumping parasite” in her face is leaking acid into her mouth and eroding her teeth.
Brandi Glanville is opening up about the painful and frustrating health battle she continues to face as she struggles with facial disfigurement and severe symptoms.
Over the weekend, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum took to X (formerly Twitter) to share the latest on her condition, detailing painful lumps, swollen lymph nodes, and an ongoing drainage issue that is impacting her teeth.
Brandi Details “Acidic” Drainage and Facial Swelling
In a series of graphic posts, Glanville, 52, described the painful lumps along her jaw, neck, and the back of her head.
“I have constant oily foul-tasting drainage from face into mouth,” she wrote, noting that it tastes acidic and is eating away at her teeth.
She also said she has chills, swollen lymph nodes, and worsening facial swelling, all while doctors at the Kaiser Permanente Los Angeles Medical Center have allegedly told her that she’s “fine.”
“I’m F–king Miserable”
Glanville, who has been open about her declining health since 2023, shared her frustration about feeling helpless amid her ongoing medical struggles.
“My face is worse than ever,” she wrote via X on Thursday. “It’s literally melted away.”
She also revealed that she was initially seeing improvement after receiving IV antibiotics and antifungal medication, but her progress was cut short due to financial struggles.
“I was getting better,” she said, “but I couldn’t afford to stay on them. I need my life to change.”
A $70,000 Health Battle
Glanville first began documenting her health journey in 2023, initially believing that the swelling in her face was caused by old filler.
However, after undergoing multiple evaluations, she claimed that doctors suspected parasites might be the cause.
Since then, Dr. Terry Dubrow — famed plastic surgeon and Botched star—has stepped in to help Glanville get answers.

In late January, Dubrow conducted four biopsies on her face and neck to try to determine what is causing her ongoing issues.
“Yes guys, @DrDubrow took 4 tiny biopsies from my face and neck so we can continue to get better 💕 ez pz no pain,” Glanville wrote on X at the time. “I was in and out in 30 minutes now we wait 🙏 🙏 🙏 🙏.”
Desperate for Answers
Glanville previously opened up about her frustration while speaking to Page Six’s Virtual Reali-Tea, revealing that she would do anything to figure out what’s wrong.
“You could do anything you want to me, and I’d be OK with it,” she said in December 2024.
“I’ve had days of looking normal, not weeks. I wish. But it comes and goes.”
She admitted that the uncertainty is taking a major emotional toll.
“It’s depressing,” she confessed. “It just hurts my brain and my heart.”
As she continues searching for answers, Glanville remains hopeful that new treatments or findings from her biopsies will provide much-needed clarity on her condition.
