Lala Kent and Randall Emmett FINALIZE Custody Agreement After 3 YEARS of Drama!

Lala Kent and Randall Emmett have officially settled their contentious three-year custody battle over their daughter, Ocean.

During an Amazon Live session on Tuesday, Vanderpump Rules star Lala, 34, excitedly shared the news with fans. “You guys, the custody battle is over. It’s officially ended,” she announced. “We’re done with it, so there’s my tea for the day.” After years of legal back and forth, Lala expressed relief that she and Randall, 53, had reached an agreement.

“After over three years, we have signed an agreement that is best for our daughter, Ocean. So I’m very, very happy about that,” she added. Lala admitted that the custody process had been emotionally exhausting.

“This has weighed on my heart and soul for so long,” she shared.

“I’m sure it’s been the same for my ex, and I’m just so happy that we were able to get to a good place for the well-being of our kid.”

While she didn’t reveal specific details about the agreement, Lala made it clear that her focus remains on Ocean. “Ocean is such a vibe, so fun,” she gushed. “I dig her to my core.”

Randall also confirmed the resolution, telling Page Six, “I’m happy to confirm custody has been settled. My beautiful daughter Ocean has two parents that love her dearly. And I look forward to continuing our co-parenting as I know we are both very happy to begin the next chapter for Ocean.”

Lala and Randall’s relationship has been anything but smooth.

The former couple met in 2015 and went public after Randall’s divorce from actress Ambyr Childers was finalized in December 2017. The two got engaged in September 2018, welcomed Ocean in March 2021, but split just months later in October after Randall was accused of cheating.

Since their breakup, Lala has moved on, both personally and as a mother.

In September 2023, she welcomed her second child, daughter Sosa, via sperm donor. Meanwhile, Randall, who has two older daughters, London and Rylee, from his previous marriage, continues to co-parent Ocean with Lala.

With the custody battle now behind them, both Lala and Randall can focus on their new chapters—separately but united in their love for their daughter.
