Jennifer Williams’ Husband Christian Gold CHARGED with RICO Violations and Accused of Running Ponzi Scheme!

Jennifer Williams’ husband, Christian Gold—also known as Christian Walden—is facing serious legal trouble.

According to Attorney Symone, 21 people have filed a lawsuit against Christian in an Atlanta-area court, accusing him of running a Ponzi scheme and soliciting money under false pretenses. The lawsuit alleges that Christian promised lucrative investment opportunities but instead used money from new investors to pay off older ones—a classic Ponzi scheme tactic.

The plaintiffs claim they collectively lost $120,460.86, alleging that Christian misled them about the investments and never actually put their money into legitimate opportunities. In addition, the lawsuit suggests that Christian scammed as many as 150 people across the country through fraudulent investment schemes.

Court documents reveal that Christian is being accused of multiple counts of fraud and wire fraud, along with violations of the Georgia RICO Act—which covers racketeering, embezzlement, and fraud. The plaintiffs are now demanding that Christian repay the $120,460.86, plus interest and legal fees. This isn’t the first time Christian has been in trouble with the law.

Previously, he faced legal issues in DeKalb County, Georgia, after violating his probation by leaving the state without permission.

Last summer, his probation officer caught him in Europe after seeing him on Jennifer’s Instagram, which led to him serving time in DeKalb County Jail. However, he was later granted permission to leave the country for their wedding in Paris, France.

Jennifer Williams and Christian Gold first met on a Friday in December when Jennifer was visiting a friend’s new apartment building. They went up to the rooftop, where they encountered Christian, who was a mutual friend of Armani.

Despite not actively seeking a relationship at the time, both Jennifer and Christian felt an immediate connection.

After engaging in meaningful conversation, they shared a hug before parting ways. Later that evening, both reached out to their mutual friend, Armani, inquiring about each other.

This initial meeting led to a subsequent five-hour dinner at Nobu, marking the beginning of their relationship.

Jennifer, known for her role on Basketball Wives, has yet to publicly address the lawsuit against her husband. With Christian now facing serious allegations of fraud and financial crimes, his legal troubles are far from over—and this scandal is just beginning to unfold.
