Paulina Ben-Cohen Files RESTRAINING ORDER on Golnesa Gharachedaghi After VICIOUS Bloomingdale’s Attack!

Paulina Ben-Cohen is taking legal action against Shahs of Sunset alum Golnesa “GG” Gharachedaghi, accusing her of physical assault during a heated confrontation at a Los Angeles mall. As the allegations surfaced, Golnesa appeared to respond on social media, hinting at her own version of events.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Paulina is requesting a temporary restraining order against Golnesa after a violent encounter at Bloomingdale’s last week. Paulina alleged that Golnesa approached her from behind inside the store and demanded that she step outside, away from security cameras, to talk.

As they exited, Golnesa allegedly began hurling insults at Paulina, including, “I’m going to f*** you up,” and, “How does it feel to be a wh**e?”

When they passed a security guard, Golnesa allegedly mocked him, saying, “Oh, you think this toy cop is going to protect you? He can’t do s*!” Feeling threatened, Paulina claimed she called her fiancé for help and pleaded with Golnesa to let her leave, but the reality star refused.

“No, I have been waiting for this day,” Golnesa allegedly responded. Paulina claimed that Golnesa then began recording the confrontation on her phone and struck her in the face with it. In an effort to defend herself, Paulina admitted to grabbing Golnesa’s phone and tossing it aside, but that only escalated the situation further.

According to Paulina, Golnesa grabbed her by the hair, prompting a security guard to step in and break them apart, warning them that police were on their way. Even after the altercation, Paulina alleged that Golnesa continued making cruel comments, reportedly saying, “How does it feel to have a ret*ed daughter?”** She also claimed that Golnesa warned her, “I’m not done with you,” before they parted ways.

Following the incident, Paulina filed a police report, and authorities advised her to seek a restraining order. Shortly after news of the legal filing broke, Golnesa took to Instagram with a cryptic message, appearing to address the situation.

“I used to feel like my side of the story needed to be told to keep the facts right,” she wrote. “Now I don’t care what you choose to believe.”

The feud between Paulina and Golnesa appears to be fueled by recent relationship drama. One year ago, Paulina sued her ex-fiancé Mike Shouhed for alleged assault, battery, and gender violence following an altercation at her home in March 2024.

Then, in December, reports surfaced that Paulina was dating Golnesa’s ex-husband, Dennis DeSantis, which may have added tension between the two women.

As the legal battle unfolds, it remains to be seen whether Golnesa will publicly address the allegations—or if more details about the alleged altercation will come to light.
