Marysol Patton faced a wave of boos from the crowd at Bravo Fan Fest after throwing shade at Dr. Nicole Martin following her RHOM exit.
Rumors of Nicole’s departure began swirling earlier this year when she was absent from RHOM Season 7 filming. Bravo later confirmed production was underway, fueling speculation about her status. Nicole soon addressed the rumors, revealing she was stepping away to prioritize her mental health.
“I’m stepping back due to significant postpartum anxiety,” Nicole shared. Her decision was met with widespread understanding from fans and viewers. However, Marysol’s reaction at the 2024 Bravo Fan Fest left many questioning her empathy. During a panel moderated by Andy Cohen, Marysol was asked for her thoughts on Nicole’s absence. “Initial thoughts about Dr. Nicole not rejoining the group. I think you said that no one missed her,” Andy prompted.
Before Marysol could fully respond, the crowd erupted into boos. Unbothered, Marysol smiled, nodded, and even stuck out her tongue. When the audience quieted down, she doubled down on her comments.
“I surmised that because, as I’ve been filming, no one mentions her. So, I said, ‘No one mentions her, so I don’t think anybody misses her,’” Marysol explained.
Turning to her castmates, she pressed them on whether anyone had spoken about Nicole since filming began. Her co-stars, including Alexia Nepola, strongly disagreed, sparking more noise from the audience.
Andy offered a counterpoint, suggesting, “Maybe they haven’t mentioned her because they’re talking about the group of women that are around.” But Marysol wasn’t convinced, arguing that if Alexia were absent, she would still talk about her. “No one ever says, ‘I wish [Nicole] was here,’” she added.
Alexia quickly spoke up, admitting she disagreed with Marysol’s take. “I always wanted to be close to her and be friends with her,” Alexia said, while acknowledging that their relationship didn’t appear that way on camera.
