Jax Taylor Slammed with Hit-and-Run Allegations as Victim’s Girlfriend Claims Bad Injuries and Promises Legal Action!
Jax Taylor is facing legal threats after being involved in a car accident on Wednesday, which a woman claims escalated into a hit-and-run. According to Michelle West, her boyfriend sustained “pretty bad” injuries after Jax, 45, allegedly rear-ended his Subaru WRX with his Chevrolet Silverado and left the scene without exchanging information.
In footage shared by TMZ, Jax and the unnamed man were seen inspecting their vehicles and briefly chatting before Jax drove away. The reality star later admitted to the fender bender but denied wrongdoing, stating he believed there were no injuries or significant damage.
“Jax was involved in what he believed to be a minor fender bender yesterday afternoon,” his rep explained in a statement to TMZ.
“The driver immediately stepped out of his vehicle, enraged, which caused an unpleasant interaction. Jax saw no visible damage to either vehicle and no apparent injuries, and therefore proceeded to leave the scene. Since this altercation, Jax has filed a claim with his insurance company and will follow their recommendations.”
Michelle West, however, tells a different story. In a Reddit post she alleged that Jax was “erratic and belligerent” after the collision, refusing to exchange insurance information.
“My boyfriend was rear-ended (pretty hard) while stopped at a red light. Jax’s response was, ‘I’m wearing $400 shoes, you think I don’t have insurance?’ before repeatedly telling my boyfriend to ‘just call the cops,’” she claimed.
She added that her boyfriend followed Jax to a gas station when he initially appeared to leave the scene.
After calling the police and taking photos of Jax’s license plate, her boyfriend sought medical attention at an urgent care facility for whiplash and back pain.
According to Michelle, law enforcement informed her boyfriend that Jax could face misdemeanor charges for leaving the scene, although it would not be considered a felony due to the lack of severe injuries.
“We’ll be pursuing this as hard as we can to hold him accountable,” West wrote.
As the drama unfolds, fans will have to wait and see how this incident impacts Jax’s appearances on The Valley, which is set to return to Bravo in early 2025.
