Kody Brown’s Downward Spiral Continues As His Disturbing Hate for Women Grows!
Sister Wives star Kody Brown’s relationships are taking a dark turn as his resentment toward the women in his life grows, fueling a downward spiral that’s impacting his family dynamics.
Kody Brown is opening up about the painful end of his plural marriages, revealing he’s feeling as heartbroken as he did learning about the divorce of iconic music duo Sonny and Cher. In an exclusive preview of Sister Wives’ Oct. 27 episode, Kody reflects on the weight of divorce within his family, comparing it to the way he felt at just six years old when he heard Sonny and Cher were splitting. “When Sonny and Cher got divorced…it freaked me out,” he shares. “Divorce was the biggest evil.”
Facing a New Reality
In a confessional, Kody admits that the idea of divorce never felt real to him as a young child. For Kody, Sonny and Cher’s separation symbolized the devastation he hoped to avoid in his own life, but now, after his divorces from Meri, Christine, and Janelle, he’s left picking up the pieces of his original vision. “This isn’t supposed to be part of the story that I’m writing about myself,” he explains, describing the sorrowful “turn” in his life’s narrative. For Kody, his “crashed ship” is a heartbreaking metaphor for the toll on his family.
Living with Regret
The breakup of his relationships with three of his four wives weighs heavily on Kody, who now wishes he had handled his divorces with less anger. He’s expressed this regret in recent months, telling fans in September that he longs for a fresh start and healing within his family. “There’s even the regret of the divorce — Meri, Janelle, and Christine… I regret that stuff.” Kody hopes for an amicable new chapter where each family member can move forward without resentment.
Moving Towards Healing
Through his reflective journey, Kody maintains hope for a more peaceful future for his family. “Everybody’s healing,” he says, emphasizing his commitment to growth. For Kody, the process of rebuilding involves learning from past mistakes and focusing on a life with fewer regrets. “Now we can move forward,” he adds, aiming for more balanced relationships.
