Jennifer Pedranti’s season on The Real Housewives of Orange County is turning into one of her most dramatic yet, and her personal life continues to unfold in the public eye. While Jenn’s journey through divorce has been a central storyline, her fiancé, Ryan Boyajian, is now reportedly caught in the legal fray.
According to In Touch, newly surfaced court documents reveal Jenn’s ongoing legal battles as her ex-husband, William Pedranti, moves to alter their financial arrangements.
The filings reveal that Jenn recently submitted an emotional declaration opposing Will’s request to end her monthly spousal support and reduce his child support contributions. Under their previous June agreement, Will had committed to $4,674 in monthly child support and $1,735 in spousal support, with both sharing joint custody of their four children, who primarily reside with Jenn.
The couple, married for 20 years before separating in 2022, had already agreed to a one-time settlement of $267,000 as part of their divorce. However, Will claims circumstances have shifted. Alleging that their son Dawson has been living with him since March, he argues for a $500 reduction in child support.
He also contends that Jenn’s living arrangement with her fiancé Ryan was not fully disclosed to the court at the time of their original agreement, stating in his filing, “Jennifer still lives with Ryan, and I believe has little to no living expenses (rent, utilities, car payment, etc.) due to this living arrangement… she moved in with Ryan because she did not pay rent on her lease at a home in Ladera Ranch, California.”
Will’s filing goes further, asserting that he was left out of Jenn’s lease decision and would have objected to its terms if consulted, especially the rent amount.
The filing also claims Jenn has harassed Will at his home, with Will submitting text messages and emails as evidence. While Will fights to reduce his financial responsibilities, Jenn remains firmly opposed to any reduction in her spousal support.
