‘RHOC’ RECAP: Shannon Beador ATTACKED By Heather Dubrow and Tamra Judge In London!!

The Real Housewives of Orange County October 10th episode kicks off with, the ladies find themselves at Heather Dubrow’s doctor’s office, awaiting mammograms. But the medical setting didn’t stop the drama from brewing, as Gina Kirschenheiter took the opportunity to confront Shannon Beador about some unfinished business.

Mammograms For Everyone

“Did you ever send that text to Alexis Bellino?” Gina asked, referencing the text Shannon had read aloud at her birthday party. The text was meant for Alexis, informing her that all the ladies were invited on a trip to London — everyone except Alexis, that is. Shannon made it clear at the time that John Janssen’s new girlfriend wasn’t welcome.

Without hesitation, Shannon admitted she did send the message. Jennifer Pedranti chimed in, recalling Alexis’ reaction: “I was with her when she got the text. She’s, like, ‘That’s it!’ She was, like, batsh*t crazy. [She] basically kicks Katie [Ginella] and I’s ass out [and] slams the door.”

Gina, clearly intrigued, pressed on, “Really?! … Did she write you back?”

Shannon confirmed, “Yes, last night she did,” and proceeded to read the response aloud. “‘Hi, Shannon Beador. Since you’re hosting this amazing trip to Europe with our friends, surely you can scrounge up the funds to pay my future husband [John Janssen] his $75,000 that you borrowed and owe him. Safe travels.’” Alexis even threw in a hands-making-a-heart emoji to punctuate the snarky message.

In her confessional, Shannon couldn’t hide her irritation. “I get it,” she said. “Alexis is mad that she’s not going. But really? ‘Can you pay my future husband’ in month four? Okay.” Adding salt to the wound, Shannon mentioned that Alexis and John did, in fact, get engaged just a few months later.

Jennifer tried to soften the situation by offering an explanation, “I truly think she thought she was coming, Shannon.”

“That would be #delusional, but okay,” Shannon shot back, her emotions beginning to rise. “Trust me. When a girl’s calling me ‘liar face’ and going, ‘I’ve got receipts!’ [clapping her hands for emphasis] and getting in the middle of a lawsuit that I had with a person I was with … By the way, stop [saying] ‘three and a half f*cking years.’ [It was] over four years of my life with…”

As Shannon’s temper flared, Heather stepped in, calmly reminding her, “We’re at the hospital.”

Shannon, realizing the setting, quickly lowered her voice. “Oh, sorry,” she muttered just as the doctor entered the room to take them for their screenings.

Ladies Arrive In London

Later in the episode, tensions reach a boiling point in London. After arriving without Alexis, the ladies settle into their luxurious accommodations, where Shannon shares some extravagant Burberry gifts. But the calm doesn’t last long.

Back in Heather Dubrow and Tamra Judge’s room, things start to heat up. Heather brings up an interview Shannon did on Jeff Lewis Live, where Shannon discussed her financial entanglements with John Janssen, including the $75,000 he gave her.

“She alludes to the $75k being a loan,” Heather pointed out, stirring the pot. Tamra then added her own take, claiming Shannon used emotional manipulation in Sonoma to make Heather feel sorry for her. “The trust issues are there, because which side is the truth?” Heather agreed, to which Tamra quipped, “She’s just a f—ing liar.”

The ladies take a brief break from the drama, spending the day sightseeing and enjoying a speed boat ride adventure. But later that evening, things explode at dinner when Heather and Tamra confront Shannon about her contradictory statements regarding the $75,000 loan. The women were confused after listening to her Jeff Lewis Live interview, where she admitted, “I did need money at the time. He said I wish you could get a low-interest loan, and I go, ‘Well you have money.’”

Adding more confusion, Shannon also claimed during the interview, “I haven’t really thought about it,” when asked why John didn’t hear the crash during her DUI incident, a comment Heather found particularly “disturbing.” Heather recalled how Shannon confided in her about John’s reaction after the crash, adding another layer of tension.

At dinner, Shannon attempted to explain the interview, revealing she received a promissory note a few days after getting the money.

“He sent you a promissory note?” Heather asked, clearly surprised. “Yes,” Shannon confirmed, prompting Heather to respond, “That’s the first time I’ve heard that.”

Tamra, however, wasn’t buying it. In her confessional, she revealed she knew “for a fact” the money was a loan because Shannon told her off-camera. “I’d sue her ass too,” Tamra remarked.

Emily Simpson, the group’s resident lawyer, questioned whether there were any communications indicating the money was indeed a loan. Shannon reluctantly admitted, “There is one a few days after the promissory note,” but quickly realized her slip-up, adding, “There is a lawsuit going on right now. I didn’t mean to say that,” before breaking down in tears. “I will never know if he heard my accident or not.”

Heather didn’t hold back. “It made me feel used,” she snapped. In her confessional, she added, “To me, it feels like Shannon told me on purpose, in that moment, at that period of time, so that it would be on camera that way, so it would get out to the group that way. Is this propaganda?”

Heather Dubrow

Shannon, visibly upset, fired back, “That’s defamation.” She later told the cameras, “I trusted her to confide in. I’m telling you right now, I know I made a mistake.”

Jennifer jumped in to defend Shannon, arguing that Heather was Shannon’s friend and someone she should be able to trust. But Tamra wasn’t having it. “This is classic Shannon,” she said. “She used to have me all the time, like, ‘Can you say this about David?’ And I’d be like, ‘Hey girls, you know blah blah blah,’ and she’d be like, ‘Oh my God, don’t say that! Where’d you hear that?’”

“Girl, you set this whole thing up,” Tamra added, shaking her head.

As the conversation shifted to the possible legal ramifications of Shannon’s comments, Gina expressed concern. “This is a reality show trickling into my real life,” Shannon admitted, her voice cracking.

Tamra, clearly fed up, snapped, “You’re not the f—ing victim,” pushing Shannon over the edge. She stood up from the table and stormed off, declaring, “I’m done!”

Tamra Judge

“She was caught in a lie,” Tamra told the group as Shannon walked away, overhearing the ladies as she reached the elevator.

Tamra Judge, don’t you ever call me a victim again!” Shannon shouted. “I am working on myself. Victims sit back and feel sorry for themselves. I am moving forward with my life, and you’re laughing at me.”

In a dramatic exit, Shannon announced she was leaving the London trip — one she had planned for her birthday. She headed straight for the hotel bar and ordered a vodka soda, leaving the group behind.

“She got caught in a lie and she can’t handle it,” Tamra commented, watching her leave. “That’s why she’s getting so mad.”

Heather agreed, adding with a smirk, “No one likes being caught,” and later quipped, “Clearly, Shannon’s running towards the bar.”

Gina eventually found Shannon at the bar, where the two sat down to discuss the confrontation. Shannon, still reeling from the dinner, admitted she had “reached a breaking point.”

“I’m just in shock,” she confessed, her voice heavy with frustration. “I’m so angry right now.”

Shannon Drops Receipts

And then, in true Housewives fashion, Shannon pulled out the receipts. Shannon dropped a bombshell that no one saw coming: Alexis had been lying all along about her involvement in her ex-husband Jim’s lawsuit against Shannon and Tamra. As Shannon recalled the night she texted Alexis about the trip to London, a surprising text history popped up as she typed in Alexis’ number — one from 2018, and it was damning.

For years, Alexis had sworn she had no part in the lawsuit Jim filed against Tamra and Shannon. But this newly resurfaced text from Alexis said otherwise. Alexis wrote, “We have engaged an attorney and will be suing you and Tamra. You will be hearing from our attorney tomorrow.” It was the smoking gun Shannon had been waiting for, and it revealed that Alexis had been deeply involved in the lawsuit after all.

The moment was a game-changer. Shannon immediately informed Tamra of the shocking discovery, feeling vindicated after being labeled the liar. “And yet I’m the liar?!” Shannon exclaimed, refusing to take the fall for something that Alexis had clearly hidden for years.

Gina Kirschenheiter

“No way am I being made out to be the bad guy here,” Shannon declared, standing firm with the proof in hand. As the dust settled, it became clear that the biggest liar wasn’t Shannon after all — it was Alexis.

The Real Housewives of Orange County airs Thursdays, at 9 p.m. ET, on Bravo.
