‘Love Island USA’ Star Hannah Smith Arrested for ‘Terroristic Threats’ in Georgia!
Hannah Smith, a 26-year-old star from Love Island USA, was arrested on September 30 in Cobb County, Georgia, for terroristic threats and willful obstruction of a law enforcement officer.
The arrest took place around 11 PM at the Coca-Cola Roxy concert venue, where Hannah was reportedly being escorted out for disorderly conduct.
According to the arresting officer’s report obtained by The U.S. Sun, Hannah attempted to punch the officer while being escorted to her Uber but did not make contact.
The report detailed, “As she was being escorted away from the Orange Deck parking structure, she attempted to punch me, with a closed fist. However, she did not make contact with me. While in handcuffs, she also attempted to kick me multiple times.”
The warrant further indicated that Hannah threatened to commit acts of violence during the transport to Cobb County Adult Detention Center, stating she was going to kill the officer and his sister multiple times.
She was subsequently released from jail on an $8,000 bond, with conditions that include refraining from alcohol, marijuana, or drugs and submitting to random drug tests at her own expense.
In her mugshot, Hannah appeared to scowl, but the arrest hasn’t stopped her from sharing updates on social media. On October 7, she posted a striking lingerie photo, indicating that she’s still active online despite her recent legal troubles.
