Kristen Doute Confirms Friendship with Stassi Schroeder Is DONE, Says Stassi ‘Grew Apart’ and Distanced Herself!

Kristen Doute recently shared an update on her relationships with Stassi Schroeder and Brittany Cartwright during the latest episode of her podcast, Balancing Act, which she co-hosts with her fiancé, Luke Broderick.

Just weeks after getting engaged, Kristen, 41, revealed that she hasn’t heard from her former Vanderpump Rules co-star Stassi, 36, following the big news. “I have not heard from Stassi,” Kristen confirmed.

“The last time I heard from her was on her anniversary when I wished her a happy anniversary, and we exchanged some kind words. And that’s kind of it. So I’m okay with that. I have a lot of love for her and her family. That’s never gonna change for me. We have a lot of history, and she used to be like a sister to me, so I just wish her the best.”

Kristen also addressed why their once-close friendship has faded. “I just think sometimes friendships don’t last. That’s it. People just grow apart.”

However, Kristen remains close with Brittany, 35, despite the drama from filming season two of The Valley. When asked about their current relationship, Kristen assured fans that Brittany is still her “best friend in Los Angeles.”

She added, “No matter what happens, if it’s truly your best friend, you’re like family. You figure out ways to work things out. So you guys will just have to watch and see if Brittany and I have any tiffs. Or maybe we don’t.”

Kristen also provided an update on her journey to conceive a child with Luke. Despite rumors that she had undergone an embryo transfer, Kristen clarified that she and Luke opted for IUI (intrauterine insemination) as a first step.

“We started with IUI … It’s something we chose to try before having to go as far as IVF,” she explained. “It was a lot of hormones, scans, and ultrasounds, but it gave us an extra five percent chance of conceiving. So we kind of said, ‘Why not?’”

The Valley season two is set to air on Bravo later this year or early next year, and fans can expect to see more of Kristen’s evolving relationships and her journey to start a family.
