Texas attorney, Tony Buzbee, has been tapped to represent the group, which includes both men and women, with many claiming they were minors when the abuse occurred. As Sean “Diddy” Combs remains in custody at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, reports suggest he is “panicked” and refusing to eat due to fears of being poisoned behind bars.
Attorney Buzbee expressed admiration for the alleged victims, calling them “brave” for coming forward. On Thursday, he took to Instagram to announce his role as lead counsel for the group.
“The Buzbee Law Firm has been associated by the Ava Law Group to act as Lead Counsel to pursue claims on behalf of more than fifty individuals who suffered sexual assault and abuse at the hands of Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs and his cohorts,” the attorney wrote.
He further elaborated, “This group of brave individuals include both men and women; many were minors when the abuse occurred. Some of these brave individuals reported the incidents to the police, others did not.” Buzbee emphasized the severity of the accusations, describing them as “gut-wrenching” and “heartbreaking,” with incidents taking place at hotels, private homes, and Combs’ infamous “Freak Off” parties. The lawyer did not mince words, stating, “The violations against this group of individuals are mind-boggling and can only be described as debauchery and depravity, exacted by powerful people against minors and the weak.”
More Victims Expected to Come Forward
Although Buzbee has yet to officially file a lawsuit on behalf of the 50 alleged victims, he has revealed that a press conference is scheduled for early next week. At the event, Buzbee intends to shed more light on the allegations, allowing some of the victims to share their stories as the public grapples with the scope of the scandal. “We are proud to represent this group of brave souls and pray for justice on their behalf,” he stated.

In two separate raids on Combs’ Miami and Los Angeles properties, federal agents uncovered alarming evidence of the parties. Among the items seized were over 1,000 bottles of baby oil, which Combs’ lawyer has claimed were bulk purchases from Costco. However, Williams painted a darker picture, stating,
“They also seized electronic devices that contain images and videos of the freak-offs with multiple victims. And they seized cases and cases of the kinds of personal lubricant and baby oil that Combs’ staff allegedly used to stock hotel rooms for the freak-offs. More than 1,000 bottles altogether.”
