Devin had also reportedly taken an expensive necklace he had given her as a gift.

In her statement, she detailed further disturbing incidents, including Devin allegedly setting fire to the restraining order in the street.

The woman also reported additional harassment, claiming that Devin flattened one of her car tires and laughed at her while she was having it changed. She accused him of putting her in a chokehold, covering her mouth, and spitting on her during an altercation at a Pelicans game, where he allegedly threw his drink on her in front of other fans. She even claimed that Devin once nearly “killed” her and refused to discuss the incident afterward.

A Pattern of Abuse

The ex-girlfriend also described enduring mental abuse during her relationship with Devin. In court documents, she said, “He has degraded me and taken everything from me. My self-confidence, self-esteem, and I hope no other girl ever has to go through what I went through.”

After his arrest, Devin pleaded guilty to criminal trespass and simple criminal damage to property of less than $500. He was sentenced to one year of unsupervised probation.
