Sean “Diddy” Combs Denied Bail After FBI Finds ‘Gay’ Drug (Tusi) In His Possession!
Disgraced Hip-hop mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs was arrested by federal agents at a Manhattan hotel on September 16 and charged with racketeering, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution, according to a federal indictment.
Sean “Diddy” Combs appeared in federal court on Tuesday, where U.S. Magistrate Judge Robyn Tarnofsky read the charges against him. The 54-year-old music icon pleaded not guilty to all charges.
Bail Denied After $50 Million Bond Offer
Attorneys for Combs proposed that he be released on a $50 million bond secured by his Miami home while awaiting trial. However, the judge denied bail, and Combs was taken into custody.
The 14-page indictment, filed on September 12, alleges that Combs “abused, threatened, and coerced women and others around him to fulfill his sexual desires, protect his reputation, and conceal his conduct.” Among the numerous allegations, the indictment includes an incident involving his then-girlfriend Cassie Ventura in 2016, which was reportedly captured on hotel surveillance and surfaced in May.
Prosecutors accuse Combs of running a “criminal enterprise” through his company, engaging in crimes such as “sex trafficking, forced labor, kidnapping, arson, bribery, and obstruction of justice.”
Combs’ Attorney Speaks Out
Outside the courthouse, Combs’ attorney, Marc Agnifilo, addressed the media, assuring that his client’s “spirits are good” and that Combs remains “confident” in the face of these allegations. Agnifilo further expressed his disappointment with the prosecution, stating, “Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is a music icon, self-made entrepreneur, loving family man, and proven philanthropist. He is an imperfect person but he is not a criminal.”
Combs’ legal team emphasized that he had cooperated fully with authorities, voluntarily relocating to New York in anticipation of the charges. Agnifilo urged the public to “reserve judgment” until all the facts were presented, maintaining that Combs is an “innocent man with nothing to hide.”
