Lenny Hochstein, who famously ended his marriage with Real Housewives of Miami star Lisa Hochstein, has now called off his engagement to Katharina Mazepa. The pair, who began dating shortly after Lenny’s separation from Lisa, got engaged in July 2023.
However, despite the whirlwind romance, their engagement has come to an unexpected end.
In a joint statement provided to Reality Tea, Lenny and Katharina addressed their decision to part ways.
“We want to end any speculation and be very clear. While we have mutually and amicably decided to end our relationship last month, we want to make it absolutely clear that this was not due to infidelity on either side. We both only hold gratitude and respect for one another in our hearts,” they said.
Their statement seems to be in response to rumors swirling around their split, including speculation from Lenny’s friend Nik Richie, and Lisa who accused Katharina of being unfaithful.
As rumors spread, it’s clear that the couple wanted to set the record straight.
Their breakup announcement came after Lenny’s whirlwind romance with Katharina had garnered significant attention, especially given the timing of their relationship, which came closely on the heels of his separation from Lisa.
Lisa Hochstein, who has been publicly dealing with her divorce from Lenny, was quick to weigh in on the breakup.
When asked by an Instagram follower if she thought Katharina’s invitation to Lenny’s annual Halloween party would be rescinded, Lisa didn’t hold back. “She deserves all the karma coming her way,” Lisa remarked.
She also expressed her feelings about the pain Katharina had caused her family.
“The pain she’s inflicted on myself, my family, my children, and my elderly mother and aunt is extremely disturbing,” she added. It’s clear that Lisa is far from heartbroken over the end of Lenny and Katharina’s engagement.
Lenny and Lisa’s tumultuous divorce has been a key storyline on RHOM, with emotions running high as their personal battles play out on screen.
