Tori Spelling has shared a startling anecdote from her past involving Charlie Sheen, revealing that the actor once offered her a crack pipe as a welcome gift.
On the August 6 episode of her podcast misSPELLING, Tori Spelling, 51, recounted the unusual encounter with Denise Richards, who was a guest on the show.
Tori explained that her roommate at the time, Kevin Sands, was a close friend of Charlie Sheen, 58, and that they all lived in the same building. One evening, she was invited to Charlie’s condo, where the actor greeted her in what Tori described as a “button-up, I want to say Hawaiian shirt.”
According to Tori, Charlie handed her a crack pipe and casually asked, “Hot crack pipe?” to which she responded, “Nope, no thanks.” Despite the strange offer, Tori proceeded inside, describing the condo as “very dark,” with “the only lights were people smoking.”
She continued to recount the experience, saying that Charlie Sheen was polite and intelligent but that she was uncomfortable and wary of taking anything else from him. Tori ultimately requested a soda instead of an alcoholic drink, fearing that it might be tampered with.
Tori also mentioned that she suspected the presence of “some ladies of the night” in Charlie’s condo that evening.
Charlie Sheen, known for his tumultuous personal life, was married to Denise Richards, 53, from June 2002 until their divorce in March 2005. The couple had two daughters, Sami and Lola. Charlie’s relationship with Brooke Mueller, whom he married in 2007, also faced challenges, leading to the couple’s separation and a subsequent custody arrangement where Denise temporarily cared for Charlie’s twin sons, Max and Bob.
Charlie’s public life has been marked by controversial statements and behavior, including his infamous 2011 “rock star” rants and a subsequent interview where he declared himself “on a drug called Charlie Sheen.” In 2015, he disclosed his HIV diagnosis, which Denise claimed she had known about for years. As of January, Charlie has been sober for six years, having given up drinking and drugs in 2018.
