Inside ‘RHOC’ Star Jennifer Pedranti Lucrative Divorce Settlement
Real Housewives of Orange County star Jennifer Pedranti has reached a lucrative divorce settlement, securing a six-figure payout and monthly child support payments.
After 18 years together, The Real Housewives of Orange County star Jennifer Pedranti and her estranged husband William Pedranti have finalized their divorce, marking a new chapter for both.
The settlement comes just after the much-anticipated premiere of RHOC Season 18, and it’s filled with financial details that underscore the complexities of their split.
Court documents reviewed by In Touch Weekly reveal that the couple will maintain joint legal and physical custody of their four children: Dawson, Greyson, Everleigh, and Dominic. Despite this shared custody, the children will primarily reside with Jennifer. To support his children, William is required to pay $4,674 monthly in child support and cover their health insurance costs.
The financial arrangements don’t stop there. William walked away with $535,000 from the sale of their family home, various bank accounts, his stake in Pedranti Construction Management, and three vehicles. Jennifer, on the other hand, secured two bank accounts, a retirement account, and stakes in her own yoga business. Additionally, she received a substantial $267,811 lump sum to equilibrate the division of assets and debts. Interestingly, the agreement stipulates that should Jennifer’s earnings from Bravo increase, the child support payments may be reevaluated.
Jennifer’s journey on The Real Housewives of Orange County began in Season 7, revealing her relationship with now-fiancé Ryan Boyajian while she was still legally married to William. On a July 19, 2023, appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Jennifer shared that despite the prolonged divorce proceedings, she and her ex-husband are on amicable terms. She stated, “Will’s OK with Ryan and I. He’s in a relationship [and] happier than he’s ever been.”
Season 18 of RHOC has not shied away from showcasing the struggles Jennifer faces amid the divorce. In the season’s opener, she disclosed to Ryan her financial difficulties, including being unable to afford rent on a house recommended by castmate Gina Kirschenheiter. The financial strain was exacerbated by her ex-husband’s delays in submitting necessary financial details, leading to approximately $24,000 in back rent and an impending eviction.
In a poignant moment, Ryan suggested Jennifer and her children move in with him. However, Jennifer expressed reservations, pondering, “What if you and I fall apart?” She further lamented the inadequacy of her income from teaching yoga, which pays just $50 per class, and revealed she had been relying on financial support from Ryan and her father, who is also assisting with her legal expenses.
Throughout these trials, Jennifer portrays a woman grappling with the harsh realities of a public divorce while trying to maintain stability for her family. As she navigates through this tumultuous period, viewers of The Real Housewives of Orange County are given a front-row seat to the personal and financial upheavals that often accompany such high-profile breakups.
The Real Housewives of Orange County airs every Thursday on Bravo, with episodes streaming on Peacock the following day.
