Katie Maloney SLAMS Tom Sandoval for Suing Ariana Madix: ‘You F–king Suck, Dude’
Katie Maloney didn’t hold back her disdain upon hearing that Tom Sandoval had initiated a lawsuit against his ex-girlfriend Ariana Madix.
The legal battle centers around Ariana accessing explicit videos of Rachel “Raquel” Leviss, which she allegedly found on Tom’s phone without his consent.
Reacting to the news on the Instagram page @_surrules, Katie critiqued Sandoval’s choice of words, particularly “authorized permission,” by commenting, “Interesting choice of words pal. Anyways, you f–king suck dude.”
She further clarified to another commenter that Tom had indeed shared his phone’s passcode with Madix while they were together, implying that his current stance might be somewhat misplaced.
Maloney’s harsh words come after a tumultuous series of events in their social circle. Last March, the drama escalated when Madix stumbled upon intimate FaceTime footage of Leviss on Sandoval’s phone, which Rachel later asserted was recorded without her consent.
This discovery led to Ariana and Tom’s breakup, with Sandoval now claiming in his lawsuit that Madix took it upon herself to make copies of the footage and distribute them, including to Rachel and possibly others.
In response, Rachel Leviss initiated a “revenge porn” lawsuit against both Ariana and Tom earlier in February. Her lawsuit included allegations that Madix sent her two screen-recorded videos with a menacing text, leading Leviss to fear that Ariana might disseminate the videos more broadly.
However, the defense from Ariana’s camp is robust, with her attorney emphasizing that Sandoval was well aware of the shared privileges regarding their personal devices.
Tom’s attorney, on the other hand, described the lawsuit against Ariana as a standard legal response to the situation.
As these legal entanglements unfold, public opinion seems to be siding largely with Maloney and Madix. Fans have expressed their outrage online, recalling Sandoval’s previous condemnation of Rachel for her legal actions against Ariana.
His comments from the Season 11 reunion are being cited, where he expressed disbelief at Leviss targeting Ariana, suggesting a lack of morality.
Social media users are fervently discussing the issue, with one user on X stating, “Tom Sandoval needs to rot in hell. He’s sickening. Ariana admitted a billion times that she never spread the footage so why sue her?”
Others share similar sentiments, criticizing Sandoval’s character and actions in strong terms, labeling both him and Rachel as villainous.
VPR is on pause for season 12 at the moment.
