Brandi Glanville Blasts Bravo for Firing Kenya Moore, Claims She Was Setup!
Brandi Glanville has come to Kenya Moore’s defense following Bravo’s decision to fire the Real Housewives of Atlanta star amid controversy over explicit photos shared of a castmate.
“Women are physically fighting on [‘Real Housewives of New Jersey’] & that seems to be ok with producers. Where is HR now?” Glanville tweeted on Wednesday, highlighting what she sees as a double standard in Bravo’s handling of on-screen behavior.
Brandi’s statement is false because Bravo suspended Danielle Cabral and Jennifer Aydin after they had an explosive fight.
“Also Im pretty sure producers pushed Kenya to show that video. They know what is going to happen before it does,” Glanville added, suggesting a behind-the-scenes influence on the show’s dramatic moments.
The 51-year-old reality star also drew attention to past incidents within the network, claiming Bravo was aware of the “physical abuse” endured by Taylor Armstrong from her late ex-husband, Russell Armstrong, while it was happening.
“Create the villain, enable the villain, praise the villain, then punish the villain, for being… a villain,” Brandi tweeted, questioning Bravo’s role in shaping narratives on its shows.
Glanville’s remarks come in the wake of Bravo’s decision not to renew Moore, 53, for the upcoming season of Real Housewives of Atlanta after allegations surfaced that she shared explicit photos of newcomer Brittany Eady.
Brandi’s support of Kenya’s controversial actions sparked disagreement among many fans. One person wrote, “Brandi needs a reality check herself. Defending Kenya’s outrageous behavior? Bravo made the right call letting her go!”
Another shared, “Brandi should focus on her own controversies instead of defending Kenya. Bravo made a smart move by letting her go.”
However, an insider previously told Page Six that production did not encourage Kenya to release the photos in question.
Moore, for her part, expressed gratitude for leaving what she called a “toxic” environment at Bravo.
She posted on Instagram alongside photos of herself and her daughter, Brooklyn, 5, during a vacation, emphasizing her desire for a positive and protected environment.
Meanwhile, Brandi herself has been embroiled in controversy with Bravo, accusing network executive Andy Cohen of sexual harassment earlier this year in a letter from her attorneys to NBC, Shed Media, and Warner Bros.
Glanville alleged Cohen made inappropriate remarks during a video call.
Andy responded to the accusations, clarifying that the comments were meant as a joke.
Throughout their time in the public eye, Brandi and Moore have had a contentious relationship, marked by clashes both on and off camera.
Their history dates back to their appearance together on “Celebrity Apprentice” in 2014, where tensions reportedly ran high.
Their feud has included public exchanges of insults, with Glanville alleging that Kenya targeted her with derogatory comments about her personal life.
Real Housewives of Atlanta Season 16 is currently filming.
