Instead, sources indicate that both parties have mutually decided she will be taking a hiatus from the show for the time being. Insiders suggest Bravo is leaving the possibility open for her return in the future.
However, insiders tell Love B. Scott that Kenya has been fired effective immediately and executives are strategizing how to removed her from already filmed scenes to ensure her absence in the upcoming season sixteen.
Contrary to earlier speculation, exclusive sources confirm to the gossip outlet that there have been no discussions between Kenya and the network regarding her return for future seasons or other projects, closing the door definitively on her tenure.
The decision to part ways reportedly stemmed from an incident where Kenya allegedly shared explicit images involving newcomer Brittany Eady during a hair salon opening. Sources claim the incident caused such a stir that the entire cast, except for Drew Sidora, exited the scene in shock.
With Kenya’s exit, the network’s intended strategy to have her and Porsha Williams lead the new cast members has been derailed.
