Lala Kent Rooting For Tom Sandoval To Win ‘The Traitors’ Season 3
Lala Kent hinted at a potential involvement in the second season of the popular Peacock series, “The Traitors.“
During a recent Amazon Live session on Thursday, June 19, the 33-year-old reality star addressed the possibility of joining the competitive show.
“The timing would have to be different. Season 2, they approached me to gauge my interest on joining, and the timing was just really hard,” Lala shared candidly. “So I never really say no to opportunity.”
Expressing enthusiasm about the show, Lala added, “I feel like ‘Traitors‘ would be just really fun. I’m excited to see season 3 because I feel like they have a really great cast. I’m sitting here like, ‘Wow.'”
Reflecting on fellow reality star Tom Sandoval’s rumored involvement in the series, Lala speculated about his potential trajectory.
“You told me during the last Amazon Live that Tom Sandoval is on it this season. I’m like, ‘That would be tough.’ Because literally you are either labeled a traitor or a faithful,” she observed.
“If they made him a traitor, it would be too obvious, but if they made him a faithful it won’t be too obvious. Maybe I go with the less obvious choice. I’m really excited. I hope he doesn’t go home — I really want to psychoanalyze all of them.”
In a surprising turn of events, Lala Kent has shifted her stance on former co-stars Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix, revealing a newfound sympathy for Tom and addressing her tumultuous relationship with Ariana.
Previously critical of Sandoval, even comparing him unfavorably to her ex Randall, Lala’s perspective has evidently evolved.
During a candid discussion on Jeff Lewis’ podcast on March 22, Lala delved into the dynamics with Ariana, shedding light on their strained friendship.
She was expressing confusion over Ariana’s behavior regarding her living situation with Sandoval. “You’re talking about how unsafe you feel, yet you live in the same home as him. That’s also what was kind of losing me all season,” Lala admitted.
Despite initial skepticism, Lala hinted at a deeper understanding, contemplating the complexities of Ariana’s choices.
Furthermore, Lala addressed other points of contention, including Ariana’s quick rebound after a breakup. “We’re talking about, ‘This devastated me.’ But you met a new guy ten days later,” she pointed out, referencing Ariana’s relationship with Daniel Wai.
Lala’s reflections continued, emphasizing her desire for clarity from Ariana. “So, I wanted her to kind of explain how all of these things can be true at once and I was looked at as kind of an idiot,” Lala explained, highlighting her frustration with the situation.
In another instance of candid commentary, Lala previously critiqued Ariana’s career outside of Vanderpump Rules, acknowledging the impact it had on the show’s trajectory.
“When Ariana started getting opportunities outside of Vanderpump Rules, that’s great for all of us,” Lala initially remarked.
Despite acknowledging the benefits of Ariana’s success, Lala expressed concerns about its effect on the show’s dynamic.
“What I started getting upset about is now we’re bringing a little bit of divaness to my place of work that I’ve been doing for eight years,” Lala confessed.
Vanderpump Rules is currently on hiatus, and filming for the new season of The Traitors has reportedly concluded.
