Tamra Judge Reveals Shannon Beador Turns Against Her in Season 18!
Tamra Judge and Shannon Beador’s rollercoaster friendship, which has seen its share of ups and downs since Shannon joined The Real Housewives of Orange County in Season 9, faces another twist as Season 18 approaches.
Tamra recently hinted at some drama to unfold towards the end of the season during an interview on SiriusXM’s “Jeff Lewis Live,” shared on the Radio Andy YouTube channel on June 14.
“Me and Shannon [Beador], we went into the season not in a good place, and you guys will find out why and what happened and what led to that,” Tamra disclosed to Jeff Lewis. “But you will see where we have fun together this season as well. Yes.”
Regarding her current relationship with Shannon, Tamra admitted there hasn’t been communication since they last filmed together, as Shannon “turns on” her towards the season’s end.
“She turns on me at the end of the season, so I have not spoke[n] to her since the last time we filmed together.” Tamra states.
Reflecting on her hiatus from the show, during seasons 15 and 16, Tamra expressed a grounded perspective on her priorities and future aspirations beyond reality TV stardom.
“I’ve always known, even from the early days, that when this ride is over with ‘Housewives’ I have to now build something for the future,” Tamra remarked. “Because ‘Housewives’ is not my future. It’s not a career, it’s a job.”
Tamra also voiced concern about co-star Shannon Beador’s heavy reliance on the show.
“There’s so many Housewives who have been in the game for 10 years and then all of the sudden it’s gone and they’re like ‘Oh, s***.’ They have nothing else,” she observed, suggesting Shannon might struggle if the show were to end abruptly.
Despite her break from RHOC, Tamra remained active in the Housewives universe, joining Vicki Gunvalson for the second season of “The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip” at Dorinda Medley’s Berkshires retreat, Blue Stone Manor.
In January 2024, Tamra candidly addressed strained relationships with Shannon and Vicki, emphasizing her stance against toxic dynamics.
“There were some things they had said about me behind my back that got to me,” she shared with Entertainment Tonight.
“In 2024, I’m not going to be around toxic people that are, you know — if you’re my friend, be my friend. If I’m doing something or saying something you don’t like, come to me and tell me…”
Tamra maintained her innocence in the fallout, asserting, “I didn’t do anything to either one of them.”
RHOC Season 18 premieres on Thursday, July 11 at 9/8c on Bravo.
