‘Vanderpump Rules’ Lala Kent Reveals Brittany Cartwright’s Text to Her Mom and Puts Brittany On BLAST!
In the Vanderpump Rules preview, Lala Kent recently shared a dramatic incident involving Brittany Cartwright that occurred on the day of her gender reveal party for her second child. According to Lala, a text message Brittany sent to her mom led to significant tension, which she described as turning into “World War Three,” and she questioned Jax Taylor’s involvement in the situation.
The revelation came as a surprise to many, considering Lala’s previously close relationship with both Brittany and her now-estranged husband, Jax Taylor, who both star in the Vanderpump Rules spinoff, The Valley.
“Was it Jax that was revving Brittany up that made it so that Brittany and I got into World War III?” Lala asked during the reunion preview.
Castmates prompted Lala to elaborate, “Brittany acted so out of pocket on the day of my gender reveal,” Lala explained. “She reached out to my mother and was so f**king out of pocket… People like to get real Hollywood quickly and call babysitters nannies.”
Lala continued, “Do not text my mother the day that I find out that we’re having a baby girl and say, ‘Did you really hire our nanny without our permission?’ First of all, you’re in Kentucky with [your son] Cruz, and she said, ‘I have Jax yelling at me.’ And I said, ‘Well then you need to have Jax call me so I can eat him alive instead.’” She emphasized that a nanny and a babysitter are “very different things.”
“Had it not been Brittany, my mom would have slapped this ho the next time she saw her,” Lala added. “My 63-year-old f**king mom is being questioned by Kentucky muffin. Are you joking?”
On March 6, 2024, Lala Kent defended Brittany Cartwright on Watch What Happens Live amid her split with Jax Taylor. Lala explained why the news of their separation didn’t surprise her. “I mean, [Brittany is] one of my dearest friends, so I obviously knew that things were not great, and I told her, ‘I support you, but I always say leave him,’” she said.
