‘RHOC’ Star Jennifer Pedranti Seeks Legal Sanctions in Messy Divorce Battle with Estranged Husband! 

Jennifer Pedranti asked a court to compel her ex, William, to hand over  financial records pertaining to her request for spousal and child support.

The Real Housewives of Orange County star and her ex are embroiled in a  divorce, despite her boyfriend, Ryan Boyajian’s recent proposal. 

Jennifer explained in documents obtained by Radar Online that William had until February 8 to produce the paperwork. She added that her ex  requested an extension of “several months” only days before the deadline. 

The Bravo star said that she did not agree to the extension and demanded that William be hit with a $1900 penalty for his inaction.   

Jennifer claimed that her estranged husband initially stated that he earned $29k per month, plus another $10k generated by two additional businesses. She stated that he now claims he is not bringing in income from the two businesses. Jennifer explained that the requested documents would offer clarity into William’s income.

William was ordered to turn over the documents by next month, during a hearing held on April 12. The judge did not grant Jennifer’s request for sanctions, noting that she should’ve allowed more time for her ex to produce the large number of documents. 

William filed for divorce in March 2023, only months before Jennifer made her debut on the Bravo series.  

Jennifer and William share four children together, Dawson, 15, Greyson, 13, Everleigh, 11, and Dominic, 8. Jennifer requested sole custody of the children, as well as spousal and child support, adding that William should be granted joint legal custody and visitation. 

“[Jennifer] requires assistance to cover essential living expenses for herself and her children, such as rent, food, and educational costs. While the Petitioner currently covers healthcare expenses, additional support is needed to meet the financial requirements for the children’s activities, as well as their food and clothing expenses,” her lawyer said at the time. 

Jennifer announced that her current boyfriend had popped the question, earlier this week. 

“We’re both super stoked and couldn’t be happier,” Jennifer told People. “We always say that our love is a gift, and this just feels like the icing on the cake.”

“This is a magical time for us,” she added. “I really am the luckiest girl in the world.”

Ryan shared that he chose one of the couple’s favorite spots, Bahamas resort, Baha Mar, for the surprise proposal. 

“It was important for me to do it in a spot that means something to us,” Ryan explained. “Now we’ll always be able to go right there in the little perch of sand by the staircase and remember this milestone together.”

“It feels so special that this happened while we were in our happy place,” Jennifer agreed.

“He pulled me in, and I said to him, ‘Are you doing something?’ And the second he got down in the sand, I don’t even remember what he said because I was so surprised,” the RHOC star shared. “It was absolutely amazing.”
