Mauricio Umansky Confronts Morgan Wade ‘Sleeping’ With His Estranged Wife Kyle Richards!

Mauricio Umansky addressed his estranged wife, Kyle Richards’ romance with Morgan Wade during an exchange with a colleague on Season 2 of Netflix’s Buying Beverly Hills. 

The real estate mogul appeared to be in the dark about the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star’s cryptic “connection” to the country music singer.

“Honestly I just never asked straight up,” Mauricio said, when asked to explain “what’s going on with Morgan.”

He added — “They definitely have some sort of connection together. They spend a lot of time together. What that connection is I have no idea.” 

Mauricio admitted that he had been reluctant to find out more about Kyle’s relationship with the singer. 

“Maybe one of the reasons I don’t want to ask is because I don’t want to put the extra pressure on her. If it’s working for her and it’s giving her the opportunity to be dealing with our separation, I’m good with that,” he told his co-worker.

The hot topic came up earlier in the season, when Kyle informed her husband that she planned to shoot a music video with her new bestie.

Mauricio told cameras — “So Morgan Wade is a country star. There’s a lot of rumors that are going around that Kyle is sleeping around with Morgan. I got a tell you. I don’t believe she’s got anything going on with Morgan. Maybe I’m the only dumb— that doesn’t. But I don’t believe she has anything going on with Morgan. I don’t believe it.”

Kyle, 55, has repeatedly denied a romantic relationship with Morgan, 29, since announcing her split from her husband, in July 2023. 

However, on Thursday an insider told Us Weekly that Kyle was “confused” and “excited to have these feelings after losing connection with Mauricio in their marriage.”

Earlier this month, Kyle stirred up chatter when she debuted a new country-themed tattoo on Instagram. The cowboy hat design raised eyebrows across  social media, as some fans believed the tat to be a nod to her suspiciously cozy relationship with the country artist. 

Last month, the pair fueled romance rumors when Morgan was seen caressing Kyle’s behind during a red carpet appearance. 

Kyle recently addressed a blind item posted by gossip account, DeuxMoi, teasing that the duo was “set to premiere their relationship in a very public way” by posing for “a highly coveted magazine cover” to be released in the near future. 

“That is not true. That blind item is not about me,” the Bravo veteran said during a recent Amazon Live chat session. “Gotta be about somebody else! So, I wonder who it is. Now you have me curious.”

Kyle confirmed that she was not ready to spill the real reason behind the breakdown of her marriage, during the recently aired RHOBH reunion. The mom of four told host, Andy Cohen, “It’s nobody’s f**king business,” when asked to fess up to what had led to the split.

She did admit that “there were things that happened that made [her] lose [her] trust” in Mauricio, during the Season 13 finale episode.

Cohen bluntly asked Kyle if there was anything going on with Morgan, during the reunion.  

“I love her, she’s my friend and I love her,” she said, admitting that she was unsure about anything more. 

“I’m evolving, I’m changing,” Kyle added. “I’m clearly going through some evolution of my own and I don’t know. I don’t know what my future holds right now.”
