Sutton Stracke Throws Shade at Kathy Hilton Following ‘RHOBH’ Reunion, Hilton Fires Back Amid Feud

The status of Sutton Stracke’s relationship with Kathy Hilton appears murky after Real Housewives of Beverly Hills reunion drama carried over into real time. 

Sutton took to X to respond after Kathy implied that her early reunion exit was a ploy to dodge accountability. 

Sutton, who left the reunion early after experiencing a health scare, posted a snap with actress, Jennifer Tilly, captioning the shot — “When your real friend knows you’re not that great of an actress! And got really sick… 😽💗💗💗.”

Fans took notice of Sutton’s message and many assumed that it pointed to  hard feelings between the reality star and RHOBH alum, Kathy Hilton.

Instagram account, @marteaniswitheddy, screen grabbed an online exchange between the socialite and a fan, who wanted to know where Kathy stood with the boutique owner. 

The fan’s comment read — “@KathyHilton why are this people saying you hate Sutton! I thought you all were fine!”  

Kathy replied — “Ridiculous! Why don’t you ask Sutton were going on a trip together in 3 weeks?”

Kathy’s response sparked confusion as to what exactly she was trying to communicate, but she had previously denied that there was any issue between the two the day after the final reunion episode aired. 

The network posted a linked interview with Sutton after the episode, during which she discussed her health scare. Kathy appeared in the comment section to shut down rumors claiming that her reunion remarks had created a conflict with her pal. 

One user declared that Sutton was scared of Kathy and called the way things unfolded “convenient.” 

Kathy remarked that she was prepared to “go after” Sutton before her friend had to leave to receive medical care. 

The fan wrote — “I call BS. Sutton was terrified of Kathy. You could see it in her face. I believe she had a panic attack but it was cause she was terrified of Kathy coming after her. Kathy called her out. I think she worked herself up. I understand Garcelle going with her as a friend but Sutton had other friends/support people with her. They should have had Garcelle go back. It was sure convenient that words between Kathy and Sutton never happened. Cameras should pick back up!”

Kathy hit back — “Sutton already told what she said about me to Kyle. Were cool she was honest.”

Kathy clarified in a separate comment that no cast member was surprised by her reunion appearance.

She wrote — “All of the ladies knew I was coming so anyone that acted shocked??? Well I guess will call it TV.” 

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is currently on hiatus.
