Dwight Howard’s GAY Sexual Assault Accuser CALLS OUT NBA Star’s Ex Royce Reed in EXPLOSIVE Court Battle!
Dwight Howard’s GAY Sexual Assault Accuser CALLS OUT NBA Star’s Ex Royce Reed in EXPLOSIVE Court Battle!
Former Basketball Wives alum, Royce Reed, will be subpoenaed as a witness in the sexual abuse lawsuit against her ex, Dwight Howard.
Lawyers for the alleged victim, Stephen Harper, plan to bring in the mothers of Howard’s five children, according to a Radar Online report. Masin Elije, a purported former lover of the NBA star, is also expected to appear in court.
Elije sued Howard back in 2019, but the case has since been settled.
A source told the outlet — “Quite a few people have been asked to provide statements about Dwight on behalf of Harper.”
Harper’s legal team is also reaching out to former Houston Rockets star, Isaiah Canaan, who was reportedly groped in the crotch by Howard during a 2015 game against the L.A. Clippers.
Canaan was seen squirming before pushing Howard’s right hand away, on live television.
Harper alleged in the lawsuit that he was forced into a threesome at Howard’s home with a man dressed as a woman called “Kitty.” He alleged that he connected with Howard on Instagram and after things turned sexual, met the NBA player in person on July 19, 2021. Harper claimed that Howard left the room, returned with the other male and forced him to perform a sexual act without his consent, per court documents.
Howard responded, claiming that the threesome was consensual. He accused Harper of plotting the lawsuit after he stopped communicating with him.
Gwinnett County’s Chief Judge Carla E. Brown recently refused to toss the suit.
Last week, Howard dropped a counterclaim he had filed against Eljie, claiming libel, slander, and invasion of privacy. Eljie, 28, claimed that he was threatened and warned to keep his alleged affair with Howard secret.
Howard denied that he was involved in homosexual hookups, at the time.
Lawyers, Olga Izmaylova and Sadeer Sabbak, who rep both Harper and Elije, confirmed that Howard’s attorney was dropping the 2019 countersuit.
“I don’t want to speculate on what Mr. Howard is thinking but I will say that his claims in the [Elije] matter and his defenses in the Harper matter are inconsistent with one another,” the attorneys said via a statement.
Howard was also recently embroiled in a custody case with ex, Tiffany Render, over the pair’s 14-year-old daughter.
Reed, who shares a 15-year-old son with Howard, previously levied her own accusations against her ex, alleging inappropriate behavior, per multiple reports.
A separate snitch claimed — “They [Harper’s lawyers] are reaching out to all of Dwight’s baby mamas and to my knowledge they are all going to be subpoenaed in Stephen Harper’s case.”
