Caroline Manzo’s Son Albie and Wife Chelsea Anticipate Arrival of First Child

Caroline Manzo’s eldest son, Albie Manzo and his wife, Chelsea Manzo, are expecting their first child together. 

The couple announced their big news on Monday, writing in a joint Instagram post—“The best is yet to come. Can’t wait to meet you little love Baby Manzo coming September 2024.”

The couple wrote their announcement alongside an image of a framed sonogram photo nestled in a basket of spring flowers and greenery. 

The former “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star shared the same photo on her own Instagram account, writing, “As we count our blessings, today we add one more. We can’t wait to meet you, our little cinnamon bun. Congratulations @chelseajmanzo @albiemanzo!!!!!”

Albie and Chelsea’s happy news comes four months after the duo tied the knot in an extravagant ceremony in Italy. 

The couple, who began dating in 2019, went public with their romance in December of that year, posting a Christmas photo snapped in New York City. Albie, 37, proposed to Chelsea in April 2023. 

Albie set the stage by telling his future wife that they would be attending a birthday dinner for his father, but Chelsea soon found herself enjoying her own engagement party.  

“Big shout out to Big Al for taking the hit on what was supposed to be his birthday dinner celebration,” Chelsea captioned an Instagram post.  “Promise we will gift you with some gran babies eventually.”

“She said YES!!!!” Caroline, 62, wrote on Instagram at the time. “Congratulations to [Albie Manzo] and [Chelsea DeMonaco] on their engagement! We love you both to bits and are excited for this new chapter in all of our lives. Wedding bells will be ringing!!!!”

The new addition will be Caroline’s second grandchild, as her daughter, Lauren Manzo, 35, shares 7-year-old daughter, Marchesa, with her estranged husband, Vito Scalia.

Scalia filed for divorce in September 2023, citing “irreconcilable differences.” Lauren later told shocked fans and followers that their relationship had been “done for a long time.”

“By now you guys have seen the news that has broken, [and I] just want to let you guys know we’re all good,” she explained.

“Vito and I love and respect each other, and we continue to move forward as a family,” Lauren added. “All that matters to us is that our daughter is happy and healthy. Her privacy is important to us.”

Lauren appears to be on good terms with her ex, as they both attended Albie and Chelsea’s October wedding. 

Caroline shares three children, Albie, Lauren and Christopher, with husband, Albert Manzo lll.
