Alexia Nepola and Marysol Patton aren’t buying that Larsa Pippen and Marcus Jordan’s breakup was the real deal.
The Real Housewives of Miami duo accused their co-star of choreographing the split to generate publicity during Monday’s episode of their podcast, “Ay For Favor.”
Alexia, 56, declared — “We need to talk about it because I guess she wants everybody to talk about it,” before Marysol questioned the genuineness of the reality star’s relationship with the son of basketball legend, Michael Jordan.
“Now that other things have come to light,” Marysol, 57, said. “I’m starting to feel like we’ve all been scammed.”
Alexia agreed, and even implied that Larsa, 49, and Marcus, 39, had been playing parts in a phony romance simply to invite media attention.
“Everybody knows it’s staged,” Alexia said. “And this is why we’re even talking about it because it’s so ridiculous at this point.”
Larsa reacted to her co-stars’ theories, telling Page Six in a statement that there was “no truth to their commentary.”
Larsa and Marcus unfollowed and wiped each other from their respective social media accounts last week, sparking a flood of breakup rumors.
Larsa and Marcus reportedly called it quits last week, but reconciled for Valentine’s Day, only days later. Larsa was spotted with a large diamond ring on her left hand during the pair’s Valentine’s Day date. The couple was seen shopping at Trias Flowers and Gifts, earlier in the day.
Larsa and Marcus were spotted at LIV Nightclub on Friday, where they partied the night away with “Real Housewives of New Jersey” couple, Joe and Melissa Gorga, and Beverly Hills “Housewife,” Erika Jayne.
Alexia and Marysol noted that the drama between the on-again-off-again couple had been difficult to follow.
“Well, now I’m pissed because I was upset for her,” Marysol revealed, adding that she and Alexia initially felt badly for their friend.
She explained — “You and I spent a lot of time talking about it, feeling bad. We were worried about her.”
Larsa and Marcus were first photographed together on a dinner date in September 2022, but denied their romance for months. They went public on Instagram, in January 2023. The headline-grabbing relationship came amid a longtime feud between former Chicago Bulls teammates, Larsa’s ex-husband, Scottie Pippen, and Michael Jordan.
Alexia, who called faking a breakup “pretty sick,” and Marysol questioned the pair’s entire relationship, during the podcast episode.
Alexia asked — “Do you think the whole relationship is a publicity stunt and they’re both in it?”
Marysol replied — “I have to tell you, it’s crossed my mind now that this happened.”
