Sharon Osbourne BLASTS Kanye West: ‘He F–ked With the Wrong Jew’ Despite Ozzy PRAISING Hilter!
Sharon Osbourne slammed Kanye West for using her husband, Ozzy Osbourne’s song without his permission during his recent album listening event.
Sharon told TMZ Friday — “Kanye f–ked with the wrong Jew this time.”
Sharon revealed that a cease and desist letter had been sent to the rapper after he was previously barred from using the version of “Iron Man,” performed at the 1983 US festival live.
Ozzy typically accepts requests from other musicians to use his songs, but Sharon, who was brought up Jewish, declared that she had a “special f—king occasion to say no” to the “Heartless” singer. She also called Kanye a “disrespectful antisemite” who “represents hate.”
The 71-year-old hyped the drama on Instagram, illustrating her point by posting a clip of Lionel Richie confronting Dave Grohl playing his mega-hit, “Hello,” from the 2022 movie, “Studio 666.”
The “All Night Long” singer told the Foo Fighters musician in the film—“We all have writer’s block — but that’s my f–king song … you understand what I’m saying? I like that song. No no no, I love that song … Get your own song!”
She captioned the video — “Welcome to the Carnival @kanyewest 🤡 #permissionnotgranted #ironman.”
Ozzy, 75, also used social media to blast Kanye for using his song, parroting his wife when he explained that they “refused permission because he is an antisemite and has caused untold heartache to many.”
“He went ahead and used the sample anyway at his album listening party last night,” the rocker continued. “I want no association with this man.”
On Thursday, Kanye, 46, hosted a listening party alongside Ty Dolla $ign to promote their upcoming album, Vultures, at the United Center in Chicago. The controversial artist debuted new songs, rapping — “And I’m still crazy, bipolar, antisemite / And I’m still the king.”
Kanye’s expressed views have stirred up controversy since October 2022, when he took to X to call for “death con 3 ON JEWISH PEOPLE.”
The “Bound 2” singer lost several endorsement deals and his social media accounts were locked down as he continued to praise the Nazis and Adolf Hitler.
Kanye apologized to the Jewish community in December, but did not stop putting out antisemitic rhetoric.
Ironically, in 1982 Ozzie interviewed with Night Flight and he notably mentioned Hitler as an influence among other topics.
Delving directly into the quote, when questioned about the inspiration behind his stage show and influences, Ozzy straightforwardly responded, “Adolf Hitler.” Faced with this response, the interviewer, maintaining composure, inquired about the context of his remark.
“Adolf Hitler had a charisma, in a bad way, and I kind of admired him,” he said, “He was a freak, he was a lunatic, but he had summat about him, you know. It was bad what he did, it was terrible what he did, he killed all of these people and whatever, but it was like, erm, he had something about him, you know.”
He added, “I admired him, not for what he was, but for people; I suddenly stopped and thought, hang on a minute, if somebody put that in a positive way, for the good of mankind… whatever anybody says about me, I might be the biggest lunatic that you’ve ever met in your life guys, but I’m here for you guys, I’m here for people, I’m here for enjoyment, I’m here for giving people my life, my soul, my everything.”
