Kim Zolciak Files Police Report on Kroy Biermann for STEALING Her Jewelry and Designer Handbags! 

In recently unveiled bodycam footage, Kim Zolciak asserts that her estranged spouse, Kroy Biermann, has allegedly absconded with personal belongings valued at “hundreds of thousands of dollars” amid their highly contentious divorce proceedings.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum visited the police station (in early January), accompanied by an unknown female companion. Their purpose was to file a complaint against the father of her six children — alleging the theft of her valuable jewelry and designer handbags.

According to Page Six, as of Tuesday, several weeks later, there has been no resolution, and Kim Zolciak’s missing items remain unaccounted for.

In bodycam footage acquired by TMZ, the former Don’t Be Tardy star disclosed that she initially discovered her belongings had gone missing back in May 2023.

“I’ve asked for them back and he won’t give them back,” she claimed in the video.

Kim, 45, claimed that Kroy, 38, had placed these valuable items inside a safe located in their master bedroom, rendering her unable to access them for a period of time.

Kim mentioned that she had once contacted the police to her residence, attempting to recover some of her possessions.

In October 2023, the bodycam footage from that incident was made public, revealing a distraught Kim pleading with the police for assistance. She asserted that her former partner had “threatened” her and had a history of being physically aggressive in the past.

Meanwhile, Kroy positioned behind the bedroom door at that moment, asserted that he, “didn’t do anything,” and that his “safety [was] in jeopardy.”

The police were successful in mediating the situation, and the former Atlanta Falcons player eventually returned the reality star’s comforter, phone charger, medications, and neck cream.

Nonetheless, in the most recent footage, Kim alleged that the more valuable items, such as her diamond jewelry, handbags, and a watch, are no longer stored in the safe where she initially believed they were being kept.

She asserted that she managed to break into the secured vault and discovered that, “everything is gone.”

“My attorney said I need to file a police report because the stuff is stolen,” Kim said in the video, adding that she was shocked when “the jeweler, some lady, sent [her] pics on Instagram and said, ‘I love your bracelets. I’m so thankful.’”

She further alleged that Kroy had pocketed $25,000 by selling certain items from her possessions.

However, the officer who met with Kim explained that due to their ongoing marital status, the police were unable to intervene at this time. He pointed out that when they originally got married, “Yours becomes his and his becomes yours.”

“Until that divorce has been finalized, there is no technical crime that is being committed right now,” the officer added.

Meanwhile, the estranged couple is grappling with significant financial difficulties.

They recently had to reduce the price of their Georgia mansion by $1 million in an attempt to sell it before it falls into foreclosure. Additionally, Kim and Kroy find themselves entangled in a series of lawsuits.

The former professional athlete is currently facing legal action from his former divorce lawyer and a car company due to unpaid bills. Moreover, he and Kim have been ordered to pay $230,000 in a separate lawsuit involving a bank.

As for the former Bravolebrity, she is currently facing a lawsuit from a credit card company for an amount exceeding $150,000, and Target has also taken legal action against her for unpaid bills.

In a bid to address their financial challenges, Kim has ventured into selling her family’s personal possessions, including items belonging to Kroy, online in an apparent effort to alleviate some of their debt.

Kroy, on the other hand, has insisted that his former partner contribute at least fifty percent of the proceeds she has generated from these sales. Court documents obtained by Page Six earlier this month reveal his claim that the designer items hold a collective value of “hundreds of thousands of dollars.”

He additionally stated, “It is unclear how [Kim] has utilized the proceeds she received from the sale of these items.”

Furthermore, Kroy has previously attributed the couple’s escalating financial difficulties to Kim, alleging that she had a gambling addiction that led to losses amounting to $1.5 million over the course of their 12-year marriage.

Page Six has made attempts to contact Kroy for a response regarding the recent bodycam footage, but they have not been able to reach him at this time. Similarly, Kim’s representative has not been accessible for comment.
