Matt Roloff Makes a Big Move! ‘Little People, Big World’ Star Settles into Lavish $4 Million Dream Home
Matt Roloff has moved into his dream home on the Little People, Big World star’s $4 million Oregon farm.
Matt’s daughter-in-law, Audrey Roloff, took to Instagram to share videos of the exterior of Matt’s new custom house. She announced that her three children were headed over for a visit at “little papa’s house.” The kids pulled into Matt’s driveway in a toy car as Audrey spotlighted the modern dwelling’s brick exterior.
A source told The U.S. Sun that the TLC star spoke to pumpkin patch visitors about the ongoing construction process. Matt opened the Q&A session by reading his children’s book, “Little Lucy Big Race,” then invited fans to ask questions about the farm.
One curious guest asked about the building under construction and Matt confirmed that he and fiancée, Caryn Chandler, would be moving into his dream house in December.
He said — “Construction has been ahead of schedule, but pumpkin season takes all of our attention.”
Matt explained that while his initial vision of the structure was a farmhouse style home, he later settled on a more modern look.
He shared — “I’ve been living in the one-story home, and when I move into the new house, Izzy and Jacob are going to move in where I was.”
Matt and ex-wife, Amy Roloff’s youngest child, Jacob Roloff, and wife, Isabel Rock, have been living in a fifth wheel camper home on a private lot beside Roloff Farms.
An insider previously explained — “[Jacob and Isabel] are living there to save money and help out on the farm. The rest of the family doesn’t mind, as Matt and Caryn get along so well with them.”
Matt and Caryn reportedly pitch in to care for the couple’s one-year-old son, Mateo, when Jacob and Isabel are working on the family farm.
Matt’s old home sits between the family farmhouse featured on the TLC series and his new modern house.
Amy’s current husband, Chris Marek, mentioned Matt’s new digs as he drove visitors on tours of the famous property during pumpkin season.
He told guests — “Matt’s new home will be completed by December just in time to have a Christmas party with the whole family.”
Jeremy and Audrey spent Christmas in Jeremy’s childhood home, which currently serves as a short term rental property. The couple, who left the series in 2018, began renovations on their $1.5 million farmhouse in the fall.
Zach Roloff and his wife, Tori, live about an hour away, in Washington state. The duo moved after Zach failed to negotiate a deal with his father for a portion of Roloff Farms.
In September, Caryn’s 24-year-old son, Connor, revealed that Zach and Tori would not likely return for another season of LPBW.
When asked how often the couple visits the farm, he told The U.S. Sun — “Based off what I know, maybe twice a year. You know, they moved, obviously, they moved away and just with all the indifferences, they’re kind of doing their own thing.”
He added — “I did hear through the grapevine that they do not want to be on another season if the show were to continue and they just want to do their own thing. I do believe no matter whether there’s a continuance or not, Zach and Tori probably will not be seen on the next season.”
