Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann DESPERATE to Sell Georgia Mansion Before the Bank Seizure!
Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann are struggling to sell their Milton, Georgia mansion amid their on-again-off-again divorce and ongoing financial woes.
The 7 bedroom, 11 bath house was listed in October 2023 for a whopping $6 million despite being originally valued at $3 million. The price was recently slashed $500k after the contentious couple failed to attract a buyer.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum and the former NFL player are living under the same roof with their four youngest children, Kroy, Kash and twins Kane and Kaia, as their divorce continues to make headlines. Kroy adopted Kim’s adult daughters, Brielle, 26, and Ariana, 21, after their 2011 nuptials.
The duo’s property was forced into foreclosure in February after they defaulted on a $1.6 million loan they secured in 2016. The scheduled auction was canceled one month later. On October 11, the estate faced foreclosure once again, with an auction set by Truist Bank for November 7.
A Fulton County court later granted the couple an extension on their foreclosure date, pushing the scheduled auction to to January 11.
Kim and Kroy have been slammed with multiple lawsuits over the past several months, including a massive tax lien by the I.R.S. The government agency slapped the couple with a whopping $1,147,834.67 bill shortly before they announced their breakup, in May.
The sprawling estate features a luxurious backyard pool and waterfall hot tub. The grounds include a half-size basketball court and a large circular driveway. The property comes with various amenities, including a six-car garage, billiard and arcade rooms, a gym accompanied by a private massage room, a walk-in wine cellar with a capacity of 500 bottles, a heated pool and a home theater.
The home’s interior features a gothic style dining room highlighted by a sparkling chandelier. The mansion’s study features a large fireplace and the roomy kitchen boasts a massive bar area. The house has floor-to-ceiling windows and arched doorways and the entry area features an impressive spiral staircase.
Kim, 45, and Kroy, 38, still live together but were ordered to separate areas of the house after a string of domestic disputes. In November, the court ruled that Kim would have exclusive use of the basement and the nanny quarters and Kroy the master bedroom.
The order stated — “Neither party shall enter the other party’s individually awarded space in the marital residence without permission. The parties shall share the common areas of the Marital Residence.”
The judge also ruled that both parties “shall civilly towards one another – especially in the presence of the minor children.”
He stated — “Both parties shall refrain from engaging in disparaging contact and/or communication with each other. Both parties shall be restrained and enjoined from harassing, vilifying, assaulting, stalking, or otherwise harming the other party or the minor children in any manner, form or fashion. Neither parent shall disparage the other parent in the presence of or earshot of the minor children. Neither party shall eavesdrop, surveil, interrupt, or otherwise interfere with the other parent’s visitation with the minor children.”
