Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s son reported that “his dad was hitting his mom,” during a heated altercation that led police to their Georgia mansion.

This revelation comes from incident reports obtained by Entertainment Tonight from both the Milton Police Department and the Alpharetta Police Department, shedding further light on the disturbing incident that unfolded on November 20.

As reported, upon arriving at the scene, the responding officer inquired about the cause of the verbal dispute that had taken place. Kroy Biermann, the former NFL player, responded dismissively, stating that it didn’t matter “because nothing will happen just like last time.” His demeanor quickly turned confrontational towards the officer.

According to the incident reports, one of the couple’s four minor children stated that “it looked like Kroy may have hit [Kim].” The child elaborated, explaining that Kroy had “put his hand into her face … with his fingers extended,” indicating that it was a way of signaling her to stop talking or move away from him. The child did not perceive Kroy’s gesture as physically harmful but rather as a form of non-violent communication.

Bodycam footage, also captured Kroy accusing Kim of being involved with other men during the same verbal altercation.

When questioned by the reporting officer about the nature of their argument, Kroy exclaimed, “Our life. Our life! And it’s f—king destroyed!” He later attributed the fight to Kim’s perceived inability to address or resolve their problems, expressing frustration with what he believed to be a facade on her part.

Kroy further expressed his skepticism, describing the situation as “nothing but an act” and labeling it as “a bunch of bulls—t.”

The tumultuous relationship between Kroy Biermann and Kim Zolciak, who are currently undergoing their second attempt at divorce, had garnered attention last month when a particularly loud altercation outside their home prompted one of their children to call 911. In response, a judge issued an order requiring the estranged couple to reside in different areas of their home, which is currently listed for sale at $6 million due to their ongoing financial difficulties. The court also mandated that the couple engage in mediation before January 31, 2024, in an effort to resolve their disputes amicably.

Despite the publicized arguments and legal battles, Kroy and Kim have been spotted on dinner and lunch dates, leaving fans and observers curious about the future of their relationship.
