Lisa Hochstein dropped a bomb last week when she accused her estranged husband, Lenny Hochstein, of a past incident of physical abuse. The “Real Housewives of Miami” star took to social media Wednesday to post a mirror selfie that revealed what appeared to be a large bruise on her arm.
“Didn’t want to have to share this. But I’m left with no choice,” she wrote over the picture on her Instagram Story.
She alleged — “I’m being threatened and harassed through the court system and through ‘others’ by Lenny and it needs to stop.”
Lisa, 41, referred to past fan reaction to the bruise, writing—“This was almost 2 weeks old from last season,” Lisa said. “You may have caught this bruise on the episode when I opened up to the women on the show about the divorce.”
Last season, Lisa left her co-stars during a cast getaway to argue on the phone with Lenny, over whether or not his then-girlfriend could spend the night at their home in her absence. Observant fans immediately sounded off on social media after noticing the bruise on the reality star’s arm.
In December 2022, someone tweeted alongside a screenshot of Lisa grabbed from the episode—“Anyone notice the bruise on Lisa’s arm in the recent #RHOM do we think Lenny did this?”
Another viewer asked — “Did no one notice these bruises on Lisa?? There is way more to the story that we don’t know ☹️. I also noticed another bruise by her hand. #RHOM.”
A third person tweeted — “Did anyone see the bruise on Lisa’s arm? Thats totally like someone grabbed you hard. #RHOM Concerning.”
Last week, Lisa addressed the fan speculation for the first time.
Lenny accused his estranged wife of verbally assaulting him during their 12-year marriage, as their respective divorce lawyers took the contentious split to court.
“Upon entering the master bedroom, [Lisa] suddenly ran out of her combined bathroom and closet and surprised [Lenny] by engaging in a verbal tirade demanding to know why [Lenny] had entered the master bedroom,” the plastic surgeon’s lawyer claimed in court documents.
“[Lisa] started pushing [Lenny] physically which caused him to retreat, and [Lisa] continued to pursue and follow [Lenny] while yelling at him.”
The skirmish reportedly occurred on May 10. Lenny claimed that Lisa accused him of being the instigator after police were called.
Lisa told Page Six at the time — “As we will make clear in our response filing, there is a long history of me having to call the police because of Lenny’s behavior.”
She added — “On this occasion he entered my bedroom without my consent while I wasn’t yet fully dressed and refused to leave while calling me names in front of the children and taunting me.”
Lenny denied that he caused the bruise on Lisa’s arm, via a comment on Page Six’s Instagram post linking the outlet’s story.
The surgeon wrote Wednesday — “I have moved on but Lisa hasn’t. She attacks me every chance she gets and I have put up with every single lie but when she accused me of being physically abusive I had enough. I am against any form of violence especially against women.”
Lenny, 57, addressed Lisa’s posted selfie and the implication that he was responsible.
He claimed — “When I got home lisa started screaming at me like she often idd. I tried to walk upstairs and she walked in front of me backwards she could face me while she was berating me, lost her balance and landed hard on a step.”
He also alleged that Lisa had called the cops on him on three occasions “because she understood how harmful it would be” for him.
He claimed—“During the divorce she flopped to the ground in front of me and started laughing. She said she could call the cops and it would be all over for me. Under oath she said I pushed her to the ground at gala nightclub so she he has no fear of perjury.”
“I have put up with a lot but I will not sit back and allow someone to say I ever, under any circumstances, would hit a woman.”
Lenny filed for divorce from Lisa in May 2022. They share two children together, Logan, 8, and 4-year-old, Elle. Lisa and Lenny have regularly swapped barbs on social media and in court documents amid their ongoing divorce war.
