Mauricio Umansky and Paul “PK” Kemsley were spotted exiting a restaurant together on Monday in Beverly Hills. PK joined his old friend at Il Pastaio a week after rumors swirled about the status of his marriage to “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star, Dorit Kemsley. Mauricio recently denied dating his “Dancing With the Stars” partner, Emma Slater, amid his separation from his wife of 27 years, RHOBH veteran, Kyle Richards.
Mauricio, 53, who appeared fresh off a rehearsal, was wearing a loose white tank top, a pair of navy blue sweatpants, and a pair of gray sneakers. He topped off the outfit with a black leather jacket. PK, 56, sported tan cargo pants, white sneakers and a black suede jacket. The “Buying Beverly Hills” star wrapped his arm around his friend’s neck as the duo walked down the street.
Mauricio had been prepping to perform the Argentine Tango for Tuesday’s broadcast of DWTS. Last week, he and Emma Slater sparked romance rumors when they were spotted holding hands after having dinner together in Beverly Hills. They later addressed the rumors and insisted that they shared only a friendship.
“For full clarity, we are not dating. We are really good friends, we’ve been dancing together now for six weeks, four hours a day, every single day,” Mauricio said, via Emma’s Instagram.
“Guys, it’s intense,” Emma added. “Like you really form a very, very special bond and I think we have similar personalities, so we’ve got a super supportive… we are definitely there for each other. It’s beautiful, that’s a great thing!”
The real estate mogul claimed that their dinner together was innocent, explaining—“We’re really good friends, and just to clarify we went to a restaurant to go get some sushi right after rehearsal, we were in our rehearsal clothes. Lots of the stories are wrong, lots of them.”
Kyle admitted that she was “taken aback” by the photo of her husband hand-in-hand with his partner during a recent appearance on “Watch What Happens Live.”
“I don’t know if anything happened yet but obviously there is something there,” the Bravo star said. ‘Listen, I love him very much and we are amicable, but that really did hurt me.”
Kyle admitted that the suspicious pics were the reason she deleted an Instagram post supporting the duo, but clarified that she “also voted for them.”
Kyle, who has been slammed with rumors alleging she’s romantically involved with pal, Morgan Wade, updated fans during a recent appearance on “Live with Kelly and Mark.”
“It’s been rough,” she said. “This is unchartered territory for me. It’s been difficult. Fortunately, it was amicable. It’s hard. My main concern is our daughters, who’ve been amazing, my four best friends. It is hard.”
She said that life in the public eye had been tough because fans “feel like they want to know all the answers” regarding the details of her marriage.
The 54-year-old added — “They also want to create their own story because we haven’t explained everything, which is impossible to do.”
Kyle and Mauricio wed in January 1996 and share three daughters, Alexia, 27, Sophia, 23, and Portia, 15. Kyle is also mom to Farrah Aldjufrie, 34.
In July, news broke that the Bravo star had split from the real estate mogul. The estranged couple denied that they were headed for divorce, only admitting that they had experienced a “rough year.”
