Mauricio Umansky DENIES Dating Sexy Actress Amid Kyle Richards Split
Leslie Bega is not romantically linked to Mauricio Umansky, but is actually dating the real estate mogul’s father. Bega, who works for the estranged husband of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, Kyle Richards, is the girlfriend of The Agency founder’s dad, Eduardo, according to a TMZ report.
Last week, Mauricio was rumored to be pursuing a relationship with Bega, 56, after a photo circulated of the real estate broker and the actress dining with Mauricio’s divorced parents, Eduardo and Estella Sneider. The duo was photographed at Beverly Hills restaurant, Il Pastaio, after Tuesday’s “Dancing With the Stars” broadcast. The outlet reported that Bega had accompanied Eduardo to cheer on Mauricio during the live taping of the ABC ballroom competition show.
Bega was snapped sitting next to the DWTS competitor with her arm around his neck, as Eduardo and Estella smiled from the opposite side of the table.
“We had a delicious dinner and a great, enjoyable conversation,” Estella wrote alongside the photo, which she posted on Instagram Friday.
She added — “It was a wonderful treat to continue celebrating Mauricio.”
“DANCING WITH THE STARS Supporting Mauricio on Latin night!” Bega wrote on her own Instagram account.
Fans jumped to the conclusion that Bega was dating the “Buying Beverly Hills” star as Mauricio recently confirmed a months-long rumor that he and his wife had separated.
“Kyle and I are human beings, OK? We have emotions, we have feelings, we’re going through a really hard time, OK?” Mauricio told TMZ last month. “We are currently separated, we are not talking about divorce and we’re trying to deal with this stuff internally with ourselves privately.”
“Divorce is not part of our conversation right now. That is not part of what we’re dealing with. We’re dealing with a separation,” the 53-year-old clarified.
“We’ve had 26 amazing years,” he added, admitting that the past year had been “really tough.” He reiterated that “we’re not ready to throw in the towel yet.”
Kyle and Mauricio wed in January 1996 and share three daughters, Alexia, 27, Sophia, 23, and Portia, 15. Kyle is also mom to Farrah Aldjufrie, 34.
Mauricio also declared his belief that Kyle had not stepped out of their marriage with her bosom bestie, Morgan Wade.
“There is no doubt in my mind that Kyle has not slept or cheated with Morgan Wade,” he said. “They are really great friends. They are filming stuff together; they’re doing stuff together. They are not in a relationship.”
Mauricio emphasized at the time that he and Kyle will “always love each other” and “be friends.”
The couple’s marital woes will be addressed on Season 13 of RHOBH, which premieres later this month.
