‘RHOBH’ Resumes Filming So Viewers Can Witness Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky’s Marriage Implode

Bravo has resumed production of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills to capture the fallout from Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky’s rumored  separation, TMZ reports.

Sources told the outlet that the production crew had connected with some of the cast members earlier this week. The network insider added that additional filming would not require “a terribly long shoot schedule,” and that the goal was to capture cast reactions in the aftermath of Kyle and Mauricio’s split. 

Filming for Season 13 initially wrapped in May. 

Bravo executive, Andy Cohen, responded to a curious listener who asked about the rumored bonus footage during the July 10 episode of his SiriusXM radio show, “Andy Cohen Live.” 

He said — “What I will say is that I think that, what I think that that you will … Oh God, I’m trying to be so kind of, well no, I don’t wanna say… I wanna say that this will be included next season of [RHOBH] in some way shape or form, that’s all I’ll say.”

News of Kyle and Mauricio’s split broke on July 4. 

A source told People — “Kyle and Mauricio have been separated for a while now but are still living under the same roof. They remain amicable as they figure out what’s next for them and their family.”

The insider added that the couple intends to remain under the same roof  amid their decision to part ways. The reality star and the “Buying Beverly Hills” real estate agent live in a massive $8 million mansion in Los Angeles. 

As previously reported that the marriage drama would be featured on the upcoming season of RHOBH. 

A production source told the US Sun — “Kyle and Mauricio’s marriage problems are discussed on the show this upcoming season. It was impossible to ignore everything that was happening with Kyle, privately and publicly.”

The insider revealed — “The cast talks about all the fan speculation of a split that began months ago on social media.”

Kyle Richards and Mauricio met at a nightclub and tied the knot two years later, in 1996. The couple shares three daughters together, Alexia, 27, Sophia, 23, and Portia, 15. Kyle also has a 34-year-old daughter, Farrah, from her marriage to first husband, Guraish Aldjufrie.

Kyle Richards and Mauricio denied that a divorce was in the works only hours after the news of their breakup hit the press. The pair posted a joint statement on Instagram, only admitting that they had experienced a “rough year.”

Fans have suspected for months that the couple’s marriage was on the rocks as Kyle was spotted without her wedding ring, back in February.

While the couple’s joint denial stated that there had been “no wrongdoing” on either side, fans have been chattering about Kyle’s relationship with country music singer, Morgan Wade. The duo has been spotted in public on multiple occasions since meeting for the first time, in February 2022. Eagle-eyed fans have pointed out that Kyle and Morgan have matching silver rings and identical heart tattoos.
