‘Vanderpump Rules’ Resumes Production, Raquel Leviss’ Future Uncertain!

Raquel Leviss’ appearance on Vanderpump Rules’ 11th season remains uncertain as production resumes on Wednesday, June 28.

Production and Raquel Leviss’ team are eager for the reality star’s return to the Bravo show, according to a report by TMZ. However, the 28-year-old reality star, who’s been receiving mental health treatment for two months, is hesitant as she remains committed to her mental health journey.

As fans of Vanderpump Rules may recall, Raquel checked into a mental health facility in April amid the backlash that ensued due to her affair with co-star Tom Sandoval being exposed. “Raquel and her family decided months before the relationship was discovered that she needed mental health treatment and ultimately decided she would enter a voluntary facility for mental health counseling,” Raquel’s rep stated.

Raquel is reportedly enrolled in the “mental health and trauma therapy” program for long-term treatment at an Arizona facility.

While Raquel’s future on the Bravo show remains unknown, the Vanderpump Rules star has alluded to wanting to return. “I don’t know. It’s in question right now. I want to,” she told Andy Cohen at season 10’s dramatic reunion.

As All About The Tea reported, Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix ended their nine-year relationship in March due to Tom’s steamy affair with Vanderpump Rules co-star, Raquel Leviss.

Raquel apologized for the affair in a statement to ET that same month. “I want to apologize for my actions and my choices foremost to Ariana, and to my friends and the fans so invested in our relationships. There is no excuse, I am not a victim and I must own my actions and I deeply regret hurting Ariana.” she said.

She continued, “I am reflecting on my choices, speaking to a counselor and I am learning things about myself such as my patterns of codependency and addiction to being and feeling loved. I have sought emotional validation through intimate connections that are not healthy without regard for my own well-being, sometimes negatively affecting others and often prioritizing the intimate connection over my friendships. I am taking steps to understand my behavior and make healthier choices.”

“Although I chose to be on a reality show accepting the good and bad that comes with it, beyond my own actions I have been physically assaulted, lost friendships, received death threats and hate emails in addition to having had my privacy violated,” she added. “I have begun counseling to end my unhealthy behavioral cycle, learn to set stronger emotional boundaries and learn to protect my mental health. I don’t expect sympathy, understanding or forgiveness. Right now I must focus on my own health and well-being and as I strive to be a better person moving forward, I will prioritize my mental health and learn from my mistakes.”

Tom Sandoval and the rest of the cast are expected to return for the show’s 11th season.
