90 Day Fiance’s Olivia Exposes Mom Molly Hopkins ‘Violent’ Nature, ‘She’ll Punch You In The Face’
Olivia Hopkins called her mother, 90 Day Fiancé alum, Molly Hopkins, “violent” in a resurfaced video filmed after she was arrested on a domestic violence charge, in October 2020.
90 Day Fiancé fan account, Merrypants, recently reposted the video, during which Olivia “accepted responsibility,” for her actions but also blasted her mother for behaving in a threatening manner toward her, her former friend and business partner, Cynthia Decker, and her past boyfriends.
“The thing about my mom, she was violent with Luis. She’s been violent with Cynthia, she was violent with multiple ex-boyfriends that I can remember,” Olivia claimed in the resurfaced footage. “If you say something she doesn’t like to hear … she’ll literally punch you in the face.”
The TLC personality also claimed that when it came to appearing on the reality series she “didn’t have a choice,” adding that she was edited to “look a certain type of way.”
“Just because she’s funny on TV? That is not who she is,” Olivia alleged in the clip. “I was 12 years old when my mom did her first show, I didn’t have a choice. Whenever she did 90 Day Fiancé, I told her I didn’t want to be a part of it because it’s embarrassing, and she threatened me with a car and paying my bills.”

The recirculated video came after news broke that Olivia had been arrested for violating her probation, a consequence stemming from the domestic violence incident with her mother.
She was sentenced to 12 months of probation on a simple battery family violence charge, in February. The incident occurred on October 13, 2020 at Molly’s Woodstock, Georgia home.
“[Olivia] allegedly struck the victim [Molly] multiple times in the head leaving a clearly visible red mark and kicked the victim in the leg,” the arrest affidavit stated. “A third party witnessed the entire altercation.”
Olivia was hit with 40 hours of community service and a $500 fine and was ordered to attend family violence and anger management classes. She was also banned from using alcohol and drugs.
Two years later, Olivia was involved in an alleged physical altercation with Molly’s ex, Kelly Brown. Reports confirming Molly and Kelly’s breakup circulated in early February.
The alleged incident occurred in November of last year. Molly and Olivia filed the police report in early February 2023, only a week after reports alleged that a 90 Day spinoff show was in production.
The Cobb County police officer who reported the incident stated — “Kelly was angry with Olivia because of problems with Olivia’s boyfriend. Olivia and Kelly both argued with each other. Kelly stated that he would come at he. Olivia said to come at her then. At which point, Kelly rushed to the counter, grabbed Olivia by her neck and slammed her against the wall.”
Kelly, who was romantically involved with Molly for two years, called the scuffle “an unfortunate verbal incident” in a statement to In Touch.
“We all as a family expected to remain private,” Kelly told the outlet on February 15. “It is disappointing that Olivia chooses to make the incident public three months later. Although the timing is interesting, I wish Molly and her daughters all the best and I’m grateful that I’m moving on with my life.”
Cynthia Decker defended Kelly throughout the investigation. The case was dropped after police failed to gather enough evidence to charge the New York native with a crime.
