Raquel Leviss Debuts Black Eye After Being Punched By Scheana Shay

Raquel Leviss claims Scheana Shay punched her in the face, and there are striking photos that show the resulting damage.

The Vanderpump Rules star is currently involved in a scandalous affair with her co-star, Tom Sandoval, resulting in the nickname “Scandoval.” However, the situation has turned physical, as Raquel has filed for a temporary restraining order against Scheana in Los Angeles County Courts, seeking protection from her.

According to the legal filing, Raquel alleges that Scheana pushed her against a brick wall, resulting in injury to the back of her head, and then punched her in the face, causing injury to her left eye.

Raquel goes on to claim that mutual friends and coworkers have informed her that Scheana does not regret the physical attack and would do it again if she believed that further emotional distress was caused to their mutual friend.

The filing describes the injuries sustained by Raquel as a result of the assault as, “black eye and cut/scar to left eyebrow, blurred vision. and swelling to the left eye.”

As previously reported, the photos are shocking. In case you’re unaware of the details, here’s the gist of how the affair began and why it has escalated to such an extreme level.

For the past ten years, Tom Sandoval, 39, has been in a relationship with Vanderpump Rules cast member Ariana Madix. However, since last summer, he has been involved in a side fling with Raquel.

Ariana and Raquel were previously very close friends, until a dramatic event unfolded on Saturday, March 4th. Sandoval was performing at his restaurant TomTom, which he co-owns with fellow Vanderpump Rules cast member, Tom Schwartz. While on stage, his phone reportedly fell out of his pocket, and Ariana picked it up. She discovered a scandalous, X-rated video that Raquel had sent to Sandoval, and things quickly escalated from there.

Following the incident, several of Ariana’s fellow cast members, such as Lala Kent, Katie Maloney, and Scheana Shay, have shown their support for her. Raquel has taken legal action against her cast mates regarding the X-rated video, a move that has angered Lala Kent.

The legal documents were filed under Raquel’s legal name, Rachel Leviss, but it has been confirmed that she was the one who filed them on Tuesday, March 7th.

Fans of Vanderpump Rules have speculated that Raquel may have filed the temporary restraining order in order to avoid being in close proximity to Shay during the upcoming reunion special, which is set to be filmed in approximately two weeks. Given that host Andy Cohen is known for not allowing any cast member to miss the reunion, this move has raised some eyebrows among viewers.

Additionally, following Sandoval’s recent apology that mentions Ariana multiple times, Kirbie Johnson discussed why Raquel may have taken legal action.

“Speaking of Raquel, she has filed a restraining order against Scheana ‘Shennanigans’ Shay. The hearing is scheduled for March 29th in Van Nuys. Some people feel this is Raquel’s way of getting out of going to the reunion, cause Andy shared they’d be filming in two weeks. In no universe is Andy going to let any single one of these cast members miss this reunion. Mark my words,” Johnson said.

Johnson proposed a possible solution to avoid confrontation during the reunion by dividing the cast between two adjacent restaurants, Pump and TomTom.

However, it should be acknowledged that this may not necessarily prevent any physical, verbal, or emotional conflicts from arising, given the close proximity of the two locations.
