‘Sister Wives’ Gwendlyn Brown Is Heartbroken Kody Loves Robyn’s Kids More Than Her

Sister Wives star, Gwendlyn Brown, is heartbroken that her dad Kody Brown loves the children he has with Robyn Brown more than he loves her.

Gwendlyn Brown is the daughter of Kody Brown and Christine Brown. She is the tenth child for Kody and the fourth for Christine.

Gwendlyn, 21, had an emotional reaction watching the moment her dad and his wife Robyn lovingly welcomed their youngest children, Ariella and Solomon, home from their first day of school. She said she “didn’t really get that much” from her own father.

“It’s terrible that I’m making this about myself, but it hurts so much to see him be a good father to others when I didn’t really get that much,” Gwendlyn said during a recent YouTube video on her channel. “I’m so happy they have a good father or from what it looks like to be a good father and an active father.”

According to Gwendlyn, she was particularly touched by the sweet interaction between the polygamous patriarch and his youngest child, “didn’t get.”

“I don’t remember coming home from kindergarten or anything and seeing my dad being happy that I ate all my lunch, or that I made a friend at school, [it] was always my mom,” Gwendlyn continued.

Despite loving her mom, Gwendlyn couldn’t help notice “it was never” Kody, 54. “It sucks that he was not there so much, but I’m happy for them.”

In December 2022, Gwendlyn confessed that she didn’t like Robyn Brown and that “virtually none” of the Brown children watch the TLC reality series.

Christine Brown, 50, announced the end of her marriage to Kody, in November 2021.

“After more than 25 years together, Kody and I have grown apart and I have made the difficult decision to leave,” Christine wrote in a statement via her Instagram account that month. “We will continue to be a strong presence in each other’s lives as we parent our beautiful children and support our wonderful family. At this time, we ask for your grace and kindness as we navigate through this stage within our family. With Love, Christine Brown.”

Christine blamed Kody’s blatant favoritism towards Robyn as a contributing factor to the former couple’s split.

“I think he has a favorite wife and that’s why all of this is like it is,” she said at the time. “And apparently, I’m not treating her well enough.”

However, Robyn insisted during a Season 17 talking head confessional the accusations are false — “You know, this isn’t a new complaint, that Kody favors me. I’m not getting some preferential treatment, even though that’s what they think.” She stated.
