Kim Zolciak-Biermann Talks Foreclosure, Kids, and Potential ‘RHOA’ Return
Kim Zolciak-Biermann addressed multiple rumors during an Instagram chat session with fans and followers Monday night. The Don’t Be Tardy alum set the record straight about whether she and husband, Kroy, might have a plan to expand their family, foreclosure rumors, and her potential return to The Real Housewives of Atlanta.
One fan asked if country music star, Jason Aldean, had purchased the couple’s Georgia home, during the “Ask Me a Question” session.
“WTF!! Nobody bought my house!” Kim replied. “Was never for sale or in foreclosure … People make sh-t up because they are so bored … Stupid blogs.”
In October, multiple reports alleged that Fulton County records revealed that Landmark Community Bank had begun foreclosure proceedings on the 7,186 square ft. Alpharetta, Georgia mansion. Legal docs reportedly stated that the couple “failed to pay back” a $300,000 loan that was used to complete renovations on their lavish dream home.
“Are you really having another kid via surrogacy?” another follower asked.
“Wtf!!! No we are not I haven’t seen this bullsh-t yet,” Kim replied.
“Would you ever go back on Real Housewives full-time[?]” another person asked.
Kim appeared to be on the fence about the idea but teased that she was open to making a cameo appearance.
“Maybe make an appearance,” she said.
The mom of six was asked to share her thoughts on how quickly her kids were growing up.
“How are you handling the kids getting so much older!? They seem like teenagers already!” a fan declared.
“They are so big,” Kim said. “My boys are HUGE!! [Nine], 10, and 11 now crazy how time flies! Kaia is getting so tall too … Kash and Kj wear a men’s size 11 shoe … I hate them growing so fast but I also love watching them grow and mature. By the time my littles (not so little) are out of the house I’ll have grand babies.”
Kim was a main RHOA cast member from Seasons 1-5, then appeared as a “friend” during Season 10. Her family went on to land a spinoff series, Don’t Be Tardy, which ran for eight seasons before the show was canceled in May 2021.
Kim made headlines in October, when her daughter, Brielle Biermann, revealed that her mom was begging her for a grandchild.
“She wants me to have a child. She’s like, ‘Come on, you’re not getting any younger. Like, I want a little baby. And if you don’t have it, I’m going to have one,” the 25-year-old said during an appearance on the “Behind the Velvet Rope with David Yontef” podcast.
Brielle added that Kim didn’t care who produced a grandchild, herself or her 20-year-old sister, Ariana Biermann.
