Gwendlyn Brown Slams Brother Paedon as the ‘Most Awful Person’ She’s Ever Known

Gwendlyn Brown sounded off after her brother, Paedon Brown, fired off accusations insinuating that Kody Brown’s first wife, Meri Brown, was abusive toward the Brown children. Paedon also said that his sister no longer speaks to him, because she believes he’s a bad person. 

Gwen, daughter of ex Sister Wives couple, Kody and Christine Brown, fired back at Paedon’s remarks in a video posted on her Patreon page. She called her sibling the “most awful person” she’d ever known. 

Gwen explained in the brief clip that she had experienced trauma in her relationship with her brother. She claimed that she had forgiven Paedon on numerous occasions, but added that there’s “no path for him back in my life at all, especially since he hasn’t changed at all.” She shared that she was seeing a professional in an effort to heal from the trauma. 

“He is still the sexist, homophobic, transphobic, racist, violent abuser that he always has been for several years,” Gwen continued. “He’s the most awful person I’ve ever had the displeasure of knowing and I would strongly advise against taking anything he says as fact. I would advise against giving him any kind of support even if you’re just watching the kind of content he puts out because it does encourage him to continue.”

Paedon disclosed on TikTok earlier this year that he had been physically violent toward his sister in the past. The siblings have shared a clearly contentious relationship, but only glimpses of the friction were ever revealed on the TLC show. On one occasion, Gwen and Paedon were not allowed to stay alone in the plural family’s Las Vegas home, while their mother was away for the weekend with the other kids. 

Gwen said that she hoped to share more of her personal story at a later time. She revealed that she’d been having trouble sleeping, but remained focused on school, her emotional health, and her upcoming wedding. 

While Paedon took aim at Meri — Gwen revealed that it was her father’s fourth wife, Robyn Brown, who rubbed her the wrong way, in a December YouTube video.

Gwen shared her reaction to the 17th season of the TLC show — and admitted that she just didn’t like Kody’s only remaining wife.

“I don’t really like her as a person,” Gwen said of Robyn. “Watching her [on Sister Wives] makes me like her less, for sure.”

Fans know that Christine implied that her decision to leave the family was largely due to Kody’s relationship with his “favorite wife.”

Gwen expressed her fondness for Meri during a guest appearance on a pal’s TikTok in November. 

“I think Meri is a sweetie. I try to be around her but she’s super-popular,” Gwen said.
